This hotel has the potential to be a nice place but it’s not being maintained. It was clean, the front desk was nice, it had a kitchen. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived the sofa bed was totally broken, wasn’t even folded into a sofa. Stuck half in and half out. They were 100% booked for the night and had no maintenance, so they sent housekeeping over with a rollaway bed. Housekeeping told us there should have been a sign telling us not to use the sofa couch/bed because it was broken. On top of that the side entrance(next to our room) had a broken security lock and squeaked so loud we could hear it in our room. All night squeak squeak squeak, every time anyone entered and exited. If I had some WD-40 in my car, I would have done it for some peace and quiet. Also the refrigerator in the unit was broken, all we had was a cooler full of drinks to get warm but could have been worse, and the pool was out of order so the kids were super bummed. One maintenance guy, or even a manager whoever walked the property/units once in a blue moon, this place could be really nice. Unfortunately, these were a lot of issues that made our stay pretty much suck.

Not sure of the woman's name working the desk the weekend of july 4th. She was so accommodating. I was on the verge of tears, and she made it so me and my family had a wonderful relaxing stay. Very grateful for the staff!

I booked this hotel in February for our sister vacation in June. When we got to the hotel, the young girl at the front desk said there was no reservation under my name, confirmation number etc. My sister and myself noticed, another group which were waiting on the manager as well because of the same situation, no reservation can be found. From the time I booked, my credit card has been paid . The hotel was able to accommodate us with a room at their sister building right next door thankfully, but, We had to leave 1 day early and I was charged $100 for the early check out on the weekend, not only that, but now I have a whole new charge on my credit card for the stay at the sister hotel. I need a refund. The accommodation was good. The sister hotel was clean and nice, but the pool was out of order, and I had to go down to the front desk for toilet paper & towels because housekeeping never went to the room even though the sign was not posted. I need to find out about a refund d of the second charge to my card.
