Very disappointed. Pictures on booking website are misleading and do not reflect the state of the hotel. No bar in the hotel. Bathroom shower flooded everywhere, shower curtain was missing, shower bottom broken. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, a very thin rolled mattress that you could feel all the springs in and no support, was like sleeping on a pull out sofa bed. The room we were placed in 222 was very noisy with traffic from the road, felt dark, dull and dirty.only one mug for 2 people. The only thing that I could rate was the car park was locked overnight. Facilities and hotel very misleading and disappointing. Will not recommend or return.

Requested ground floor room due to disability, which was fulfilled. However to access this room ypu have to go up 3 steps, into a lift to the 1st floor. Walk lengthy mazes of corridors and then down 2 flights of stairs. Would have been beyter off on the 1st floor. Shower tray was filthy. Whilst sheets and pillowcases were clean, the mattress and pillows again filthy. I know you get what you pay for, but cleanliness and accessibility should be the BARE MINIMUM of any property. This is a great option if you are staying in the area for a flight and want to do so on a budget. It was clean and the staff were nice. The facilities were in line with the price I had paid. I would stay again if i have an early flight in the future.

On arrival my wife that is a wheelchair user couldnt get ro the lift so i had to take her power chair back to the car and ahe had to use crutches to get up 4 or 5 steps to the lift then when we got to our floor she had to go down n 4 steps to our room. Yesterday morning the lift was broken so my wife with my help had to go down four flights of stairs which took about 10-15min and were told the service company were callwd and would have it repaired but on return at 23:00 the lift was not repaired and the night staff just said its Sunday nothing we can do no solution was offered and i waa left to get my wife up there four flights of stairs then this morning i had to get my sown the stairs again then get our luggage. Day staff were nice and friendly

Hotel bathroom was a little dated but they provided shampoo, shower gel etc. Safe parking and locked gates overnight. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Only required the room for 1 night but would not like to stay much longer if having to eat out etc as didnt really like the surrounding area.

On entering the hotel, we were greeted by the receptionist, everything went perfectly, the hotel lobby looked shabby and dirty, white leather seats were scruffy. the carpeted areas were filthy. The room was clean, but in desperate need of an uplift, the bed was shocking, yet the covers and pillows were clean, I would never book this hotel again, it looks nothing like the photo. The receptionist in the morning was excellent, its a shame the owners don't do something with this place.

The hotel was definitely not as advertised! It was horrible with stained carpets, rags at the window, rusty radiators and dilapidated interiors and a very strong smell of horrible cleaning products. I decided to leave the hotel without staying.

I paid 55 pounds. Excellent value for money. A very spacious room. The hotel shows its age, but it's clean and well looked after. I hghly recommend if you have a flight the next day and need somewhere comfortable to crash.

Absolutely appalling room appalling staff dirty in kept needs shutting down. Had to royally kick off to get moved into the room I actually booked the only positive thing about the stay is one of the cleaners romaina she was lovely and helpful u deserve more than to work there

Ideal for stopping on way to / back from Luton airport. Checked out at 03:00 on way out and checked in at 03:00 on way back without issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use again.

The location is within walking distance to the town centre and the football ground. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean but could do with the shower units being updating. I would stay here again

Emailed the hotel to let them know we were checking in late due to a late flight into Luton Airport. Arrived at the hotel and was denied check in. Also denied a refund. Website stated 24hr front desk, and had confirmation we would be able to check in at 3am. Terrible customer service from OYO and the staff working the night shift at the hotel. Hotel automatically checked me in and then asked me a day later how my stay was!!!!! Why have a hotel near the airport with an advertised 24hr Front Desk if you don’t accept check in past a certain time!!!! Disgusting

Hotel automatically checked me in and then asked me a day later how my stay was!!!!! Why have a hotel near the airport with an advertised 24hr Front Desk if you don’t accept check in past a certain time!!!! Disgusting

Lovely room, but the area is a bit iffy. As a solo woman I wouldn't have walked to a pub etc in the evening. Only thing I'd change is to have a bath rarher than shower.

I paid 55 pounds. Excellent value for money. A very spacious room. The hotel shows its age, but it's clean and well looked after. I hghly recommend if you have a flight the next day and need somewhere comfortable to crash.

This is a great option if you are staying in the area for a flight and want to do so on a budget. It was clean and the staff were nice. The facilities were in line with the price I had paid. I would stay again if i have an early flight in the future.

Very disappointed. Pictures on booking website are misleading and do not reflect the state of the hotel. No bar in the hotel. Bathroom shower flooded everywhere, shower curtain was missing, shower bottom broken. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, a very thin rolled mattress that you could feel all the springs in and no support, was like sleeping on a pull out sofa bed. The room we were placed in 222 was very noisy with traffic from the road, felt dark, dull and dirty.only one mug for 2 people. The only thing that I could rate was the car park was locked overnight. Facilities and hotel very misleading and disappointing. Will not recommend or return.

If you are after a cheap hotel for one night this will do it you are desperate. As the other reviews cover the bathroom smells bad due to old plumbing and that smell does leak into the room. I took febreeze spray with me which really helped. I can't recommend this hotel but if you need a room, then you can sleep here. It's bad but not as bad as the other reviews suggest.

The room was really bad. The bathroom stank and the smell couldn’t go away, it smelt like sewage and other rooms next to me had the same issue. Anytime I went in the bathroom I had to cover my nose. The bed was uncomfortable and the tv didn’t work properly. Going back to the bathroom, I saw a bug and when I got rid of it, another one appeared from under the mirror. The rooms on the top floor are very cramped and hot without air con and also has a smelly bathroom. The rooms are soundproof and we had noisey neighbours. The parking was very limited and the staff allowed our cars to get blocked in order to cater for a wedding that was next door. The lift was also broken If hygiene and comfort is important to you then I’d pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.
