The floors in the room were filthy, gang related graffiti on the back of the door and inside the dresser drawers, no coffee pot, low water pressure in the shower, holes in the comforters. The plastic covering on the mattress crinkles every time you moved, and without a fitted bottom sheet any amount of repositioning yourself while sleeping managed to free all the sheets. The wi-fi worked fine, the free parking was good, the refrigerator and microwave worked.

This place is really a diamond in the rough. It’s an older place and it’s nothing fancy, but it was very clean and convenient. The area around it has a lot to offer and the view of the mountain is beautiful. I truly had a couple of nightmares stays before finding this place. again… This is not a fancy place, and there are little to no amenities, but it’s clean and safe and the property owners are pretty strict, which I appreciate given what I have dealt with in this area recently as an Alabama transfer.

When I arrived and checked into my room to disvover that the tv was smashed in. No real bedding. Just a sheet and some old flat pillows. Wasnt expecting much when I booked but a little courtesy for the guest goes a long way.

This place is horrible demands a deposit if you don't want to give a deposit they refuse to cancel your booking so you can have a refund to basically you have no choice but to stay in a roach infested hotel that demands a deposit of cash and you aren't allowed to have more than 2 people let alone any company at all and the rooms look so nasty that I refuse to stay in this hotel disgusting I tell you better off going somewhere else trust

It did smell like bleach when i entered the room, which gave the appearance of cleanliness. However, the shower smelled of mold and had public hair in it. The shower curtain was moldy.

The room was semi outdated. The tv did not work, the phone did not work, so you physically had to walk to office for assistance. It took over an hour for maintenance to come and see fix it, and there very next day it stopped working again. the hot water stopped working and was unable to shower.

I booked at 7:30am yesterday, and wanted to have a place to stay for the rest of the weekend. I came by the motel at 8:30. The receptionist said I had to come back at 3pm to check in. I didn't have a place to stay despite paying. I roamed Azusa with my luggage just to be busy. I couldn't shower or pray until 3:30pm. The receptionist didn't give me the WiFi password. I had to come down from my room at 10pm to ask her about the wifi password. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it anyone else.

We reserve for the weekend , we checked in and paid in cash. Once in our room we saw there was a hole in the bedroom. We let the guy in the front desk know and showed him and said it’s okay it’s okay no worry. The following morning when we tried to shower there wasn’t any hot water. I went to the front desk and let them know. They told me that I had to run the water from the sink and the shower at the same time. We tried that and still there wasn’t any hot water. My family had to shower with cold water. We went to go get breakfast and when we came back a guy was at our door asking us to pay the deposit when we had paid already the night before. We asked for a refund and after 30 mins they agreed and gave us a refund for the one night. They didn’t want to make any accommodation for the hole in the wall and when we mentioned the water they said we should have let them know if though we told them twice. The people at the front desk were very rude I wouldn’t stay here. There was also horrible smell of mold. The walls had water damage.
