Room had roaches and the floors were sticky. Shower was not so clean either. Sheets had stains. Bedding consist of a sheet and a supper thin blanket. Parking is tight. The complementary juice and milk in the office in the morning had to be poured from a sketchy looking jug. The staff was nice but that's the only to good thing I can say about out weekend stay. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for!

The property outside and around hotel is cleaned and maintained. The rooms are outdated The uppers really need to update. that's not hotel staff fault. The rooms lack cleanliness. The rooms could use a deep cleaning. Just upon first appearance the room looked very neat. But taking a closer look. The sink had a film in it looked like it hadnt been wiped out in awhile and the lamps and lamp cords hadn't been wiped down in a long time looked like spills on cord . Nothing major that just a thorough cleaning wouldnt fix tho no bugs or anything like that. I would def stay again if just thoroughly cleaned rooms. The outside very pleasant and staff was very friendly.

There was nothing to like, I was hoping for a quint little place close to tri cities airport because we travel a lot, But what I received was a nightmare and an asthma attack This place is covered in mold, and is filthy When confronted they refused to reimburse my money because we booked third party though Expedia! My husband had a severe coughing episode due to all of the black mold in the room! I literally broke out in a rash and we were only there long enough to consume lunch in our nasty room! The front desk clerk offered to give us a different room because obviously they gave us the worst room because we booked through Expedia. When we viewed the other room, it did seem cleaner, but the smell of mold was still extreme. Just DON’T do it - and Expedia you should remove this motel from your site
