Best Western Plus Frontier Inn

Night manager baked cookies for us on a non-cookie night. Great PB cookies. For our second day, we hung up the towels and pulled up the covers, not expecting the room to be serviced. Surprise! Fresh towels, made bed, trash emptied, and everything swept or wiped down within an inch of it's life. We didn't need the full room service, but the towels and the bed made the stay fantastic. Bummer.......the breakfast, usually the highlight of our stay, had gone downhill. I know prices are up for food (and rooms, too), but cheap sausage, no bagels, no boiled eggs, lukewarm sausage gravy at best. and a few other down grades made breakfast disappointing. Probably we will try staying next year and hope that improvements happen. Otherwise, going into town for McD breakfast would be an improvement.

This was a great hotel. Lovely people and Hottub was nice!

Need a way to reserve a ground-floor room. We will not stay here again.

Air conditioning unit made a squeaky nice but other than that it was a very nice hotel.

Such kind compassionate staff. Really helpful.
