you definitely get what you pay for. for the price and the area, it really isn’t that bad. it was clean, staff was friendly. you cannot get past the lobby up to the rooms without a room key which i really liked, it was very secure. the room i stayed in, none of the outlets/lamps worked near the bed, the carpet was torn up in some areas. if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to stay, it’s not a bad choice.

It was convenient to work. Didn't have a bowl though. And there was never any coffee. I did like the wash room. Two bedroom while I got was very comfortable and cozy. My last couple of nights there I was switched to a s king bed. And the only thing I didn't like about that room was the flooring.

Room was full of roaches. Half the lights didn't work in the room. The beds were nasty and the sheets were covered in urine. The bathroom light didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush. Really felt unsafe. Only one door worked in the complete hotel with made you feel claustrophobic. Would never go back to this place.

The overall stay was good, but the beds were hard and the condition of the hotel was kinda run down, the bathroom door would get you stuck somtimes and and things were proken the hallways smelled like cigarettes but thats to be expected with a smoking hotel, there were lots of stains on the hallways but it was quiet and i had no problems there, theres a gas station rigjht across the street so.i could walk there if i wanted a snack other then the vending machine and there was a lot of parking so it wasnt hard to find parking. The staff was nice also. But it wasnt too bad for the price i paid :)

There where old chicken bones under the dresser and bed. The shower head was complicated to turn on. They keep the A/C off at all times and you have to turn it on when you enter your room. It is very hot in there (especially with this recent heat) and took HOURS to cool down even a little bit. Atleast the bed was clean and had somewhere to sleep.

A huge storm rook out all power in Tyler. The hotel was amazing, generators, candles, offers to discount my room. They went above and beyond my expectations I will stay here again if my travels have me in Tyler.

I had already paid ahead before I got to the property. The lobby was filthy like no one has cleaned it. Got to the first room and was greeted by roaches, stains on the sheet. Ask for cancellation to get money back but was move to another room. Little bit better but not at the same time. Lucky we pack our on sheets and cover. We decided to stay, just one night. But never ever ever will I come back to this nasty hotel.

The room had not been cleaned. Bathwater was left in tub from previous guest. The tub did not drain. There was dried dog poop left in the carpet. There was no soap,shampoo. 1 towel 1 wash rag.

Prpperty was dirty, in the hallways amd rooms. There was trash and wads of hair on the carpet in the hallway. The floorimg in the room was uneven and peeling. There were roaches in the bathroom. The pictures on the website here and the company site are not the same as the building; looks as if those are the pictures from when the building was originally purchased.

Room was cleaned but furniture and bedding was in poor condition. The bathroom was gross as well, toilet seat was old and bathtub didn’t seem like it had been cleaned.

Upon arrival to our room, there were several roaches, even baby roaches and they said they just sprayed.. staff was unprofessional and unreliable, required to deposit that didn't seem to need to be there overall just a very terrible place to stay

Where do I begin? The smell of animal feces as I walked down the hall to my room? The cable that glitched and you could not even watch the TV? The dirty room and patched up floors? The hole in the bathroom door? The pictures that are advertised are a complete catfish… I’ll never stay there again.

Where do I start ? We walked in the room and it was NOT the room I asked for. I asked for a KING smoking room what I got was NOT that. I got two full sized beds in a smoking room. One top of that the walls were DISGUSTING, looked like a piece of the edge of the ledge coming out of the wall was broken. The two lights between the two beds only ONE worked, there was no back on the remote, the sheets looked dirty or stained or something. Also had a broken rolling chair in the room. One of the towels we had was RIPPED, our keys stopped working TWICE and the icing on the cake when we got a clogged toilet I went down and asked for a plunger and they told me that they only had ONE plunger for the WHOLE HOTEL and that someone else was using it and that they’d call me or my room when they had it back. I never got a call, I had to go to the closest Walmart and BUY one OUT OF POCKET. (Luckily the reimbursed me for it and I let them have it. They’ll have more use out of it) there were dead bugs all over the place behind things. I took a few pictures of the room before we checked out I should’ve gotten more and some videos but it was not at all what I would expect for paying $160 ON TOP OF a. $25 deposit once I got there which I WAS not informed of by the way. Never again will I be staying there.

Has to be the absolute worst hotel stay. First get there and they try ti give me a different room than what i reserved. Then has me recheck in 3 times. 1st room I had literally had an entire wall of outlets that didnt work, nor did it have lights. Not to mention you walk into the room and its an absolute Sauna and 90 degrees in there. After further inspection there were quite literal roaches in out sink and bathtub, i went to left the sheets to check and found MORE ROACHES. I told them and had my room switched. MORE BUGS FOUND IN THE MORNING. Went down stairs the dirty hallway and frayed rug staircase to the breakfast and their breakfast was a JOKE. They had 2 micro muffins in plastic and two jars of cereal. Frosted flakes and raisen brand. And get this... there was a bug in the jar of frosted flakes. THAT was their breakfast. Not even milk or other drinks. I told the front desk and they LAUGHED. Honestly only part worth a damn was the nice maintenance man asking me if we need anything.

The place needs several improvements. I paid for 2 nights, stayed only 1. Wood tile in room had blue masking tape holding tiles to floor. Bathroom door was missing parts , chain link latch broken.See photos of room.

It was convenient to work. Didn't have a bowl though. And there was never any coffee. I did like the wash room. Two bedroom while I got was very comfortable and cozy. My last couple of nights there I was switched to a s king bed. And the only thing I didn't like about that room was the flooring.

Room was full of roaches. Half the lights didn't work in the room. The beds were nasty and the sheets were covered in urine. The bathroom light didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush. Really felt unsafe. Only one door worked in the complete hotel with made you feel claustrophobic. Would never go back to this place.

I moved the couch and there was a moldy orange on the floor. There were roaches crawling all over the ceiling in the bathroom and the refrigerator freezer was moldy and had food in it as well!!! And the staff (anna) especially is rude!! In a VERY unsafe neighborhood!!!! Spend the extra money and get a clean safe room!!!!

The overall stay was good, but the beds were hard and the condition of the hotel was kinda run down, the bathroom door would get you stuck somtimes and and things were proken the hallways smelled like cigarettes but thats to be expected with a smoking hotel, there were lots of stains on the hallways but it was quiet and i had no problems there, theres a gas station rigjht across the street so.i could walk there if i wanted a snack other then the vending machine and there was a lot of parking so it wasnt hard to find parking. The staff was nice also. But it wasnt too bad for the price i paid :)

We had a knock on our door one evening. The guy knocking asked if my wife was single. There was too many people hanging out in the hall outside of our room. The only good thing that this place has going for it is one girl working the front desk. She was very polite and tried to be helpful. Otherwise I felt very unsafe. The pictures do not depict the actual condition of the hotel.

This is the best motel in the price range. My only complaint is Breakfast is a mini muffin or brand cereal. Thats it no milk for the cereal lol.

Has to be the absolute worst hotel stay. First get there and they try ti give me a different room than what i reserved. Then has me recheck in 3 times. 1st room I had literally had an entire wall of outlets that didnt work, nor did it have lights. Not to mention you walk into the room and its an absolute Sauna and 90 degrees in there. After further inspection there were quite literal roaches in out sink and bathtub, i went to left the sheets to check and found MORE ROACHES. I told them and had my room switched. MORE BUGS FOUND IN THE MORNING. Went down stairs the dirty hallway and frayed rug staircase to the breakfast and their breakfast was a JOKE. They had 2 micro muffins in plastic and two jars of cereal. Frosted flakes and raisen brand. And get this... there was a bug in the jar of frosted flakes. THAT was their breakfast. Not even milk or other drinks. I told the front desk and they LAUGHED. Honestly only part worth a damn was the nice maintenance man asking me if we need anything.

The room was " clean" within the limits. There was hair on the toilet, and the bathtub. Dust and dirt around the floorboards, scratches on the floor and dirty walls. The bed was cracking and making noises every time you moved. There was a TV in the room but no remote to be found inside the room. The charging ports for phone charger did not work. The a/c worked fine and it was a quiet place. If the would take their time and deep clean the place and give it a new paint job it might not be as bad as it looks like.

This hotel is terrible!!! None of the pictures online are current!!! The carpets are beyond filthy. Stains on the sheets and towels. Our bathroom door was split in half and didn't even close. The freezer was so full of frost you couldn't even use it. The ironing board was broken in pieces and there was no iron. My son's room had vomit on the side of the bed. When they checked into the room there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. My husband left early in the morning and there was a woman sleeping under the stairwell in a tent with her dog.....inside the hotel, which means they buzzed her in. Everything looked post apocalyptic. The "breakfast area" was empty, the business center in the photo has a completely empty vending machine. The security latch on our hotel room was broken. There is no air conditioning in the second floor hallway. Our smoke detector was broken. The phone was sitting on the nightstand without wires connected or cord plugged in like it was ornamental. It is a smoking hotel and the bathrooms are not ventilated so you can smell the people in adjoining rooms smoking like they were in your room. The shower curtain was covered in black AND pink mold. We all had headaches and congestion when we left from the awful air quality This hotel is a picture of what it looks like when the owners have given up and do not care about anything anymore!!! Don't do it!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
