The pool and hot tub are not open despite it saying they are. It says non smoking but it reeks of cigarette smoke. The breakfast isn’t much and the waffle batter was sour and spoiled. The people were nice.

We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!

It's an older property with expected wear and tear. Parking was a bit crowded. Area marked as vending on fourth floor was actually storage. The pool and hot tub were serviceable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Location is not bad for a base from which to explore the city.

The hot breakfast was ok and the pool was to small and the hot tub water looked green and smelly the pool was not heated as stated out front on sign...otherwise the stat was pleasant.

The hot tub was so relaxing. The staff even left it open a little later than usual for me and my wife because several children were in the pool all day. That was going above and beyond.

We stayed during the week, it was very quiet & easily accessible, good parking, room was clean. 2nd time we stayed here, we were not disappointed either time. Breakfast selection was good and area clean. We did have a false fire alarm late afternoon, early evening, where we went outside to wait but it was cleared up right away. Just wish the restaurant next door (Classen Grill) was open later than 2 pm. Was looking for a good meal , close, within walking distance, since we were from out of town and my husband was in bed to recoup from a surgery he had at OU Dean McGee Eye Institute, we ordered in and were very satisfied with the Pizza House meal, it was very good. Highly recommend. Did not try the pool & hot tub like the first time we stayed, but the timer for the hot tub was fixed (unlike the last time we stayed back in January for my husband's first eye surgery) & other people were enjoying it.

Checked into room to find bodily fluid stains on office chair, regular chair, and bed…along with massive stains on carpet. Front desk agent gave a second room and found similar staining on all the same surfaces, along with smell of marijuana in halls. For third room the agent came with me and yet again found stains on chairs, bed, and carpet. No manager available he claimed to discuss this, just on the phone. Absolutely disgusting and shows lack of care by management or lack of oversight/inspections. To have 3 rooms with big stains on carpet, bodily fluid stains on office chairs, stains of some kind on regular chairs, and each bed having stains….just unacceptable for any price you charge.

There were prepackaged croissants to heat up, yogurt, cereal, and waffles for breakfast. The bathroom in our room had brown stains on the door, and the rooms and hallways smelled stale. The hot tub looked green due to the stains, and you could smell the chlorine as soon as you wenter the hotel. The beds were comfortable though.

The reception staff at the hotel really couldn’t have cared less . They were apathetic. What they did do was absolute minimal with little effort. The WiFi was so opposed to be high speed . I went to reception as I daily had to log in over 20 times to get internet and it was incredibly slow. The receptionist said “what exactly do you want me to do about that”. I brought this to their attention several times but nothing changed . The help yourself breakfast was nice but they didn’t check to top up if there was no bread of milk so if there was none that was it . It was nice though to be able to make own waffles and cereal. The house service staff were nice and changed linen daily in room and re made bed daily . Carpets were heavily stained in my room , really heavily stained . The hotel said it was no smoking but residents / guests clearly were smoking weed and cigarettes as there was a lingering smell in my room from previous guests and when you walked along the corridor there was evident smoke coming beneath the gap in door. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave in room which helped overall. The night porter was also pleasant and helpful. I understand the owners and reception staff ( possibly their family )are not American they seriously need to visit local outlets and learn about customer care and service . Life isn’t about I’ve got your money now go away, it’s about getters no return business and a good reputation. The hotel needs a good refurbishment .

There were bed ɓugs i purchased the travel insurance so i could get another room etc if there were any problems and hotels. Com and sleep inn have both refused. Slept in my car with my 3 kids because of it!

I would stay here again - though it seemed like they either did a great job or totally missed, ie the bed/linens/towels/washcloths were all great and comfortable and plenty for our stay, but the tv remote did work for the tv so it had to manually turned off and on as well as manually adjust the volume.

It’s a decent place for a one night stay. Nothing fancy, broken down cars in parking lot, strong smell of marijuana in the room. I would probably stay again due to proximity to 39th street bars, but don’t have high expectations.

Overall, the biggest issue I had with my stay was when I was asked for a credit card to place a hold for incidentals. The attendant did not swipe my card into the system but instead hand wrote my credit card info onto a sheet of paper on his counter. Not only does this lack professionalism, but it is against the policies of the credit card companies and could lead to the loss of being able to accept credit cards. I will also make sure to see if I can report this issue to VISA since I know they lose tons of money in theft due to these issues.
Overall, the biggest issue I had with my stay was when I was asked for a credit card to place a hold for incidentals. The attendant did not swipe my card into the system but instead hand wrote my credit card info onto a sheet of paper on his counter. Not only does this lack professionalism, but it is against the policies of the credit card companies and could lead to the loss of being able to accept credit cards. We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!

I had last minute changes to my itinerary, including a LATE check-in, and Beau was beautiful in accommodating me. He brought extra blankets to my room before I arrived and was very understanding. All staff members we encountered were kind and helpful. The property is well maintained. Great for an overnight stay.

My husband booked this room for me, so I could stay before a professional meeting the next morning. The check in staff person asked me very inappropriate questions about if I was alone, where I was going, was I going to a party, or what. This bothered me so much I called my husband from the room to ask him if it was safe to stay there. I did, but was very uncomfortable and left the next morning quickly intending to never stay there again.

When I got to the propertyto check in my card got charged twice on top of the 100$ deposit and they couldn't get me a paper saying I'm getting refunded so my bank could take it off of hold they said from there end i was charged only once my whole two days staying there for my vacation I was mainly trying to get my money back it's been 3 days and I still don't know when I'll have my money back

Had to change rooms 2 due to being messy. My sheets wetr dirty as if they werent chnaged. They didnt seem to care to give a refund or compensate for the inconvenience.

The reception staff at the hotel really couldn’t have cared less . They were apathetic. What they did do was absolute minimal with little effort. The WiFi was so opposed to be high speed . I went to reception as I daily had to log in over 20 times to get internet and it was incredibly slow. The receptionist said “what exactly do you want me to do about that”. I brought this to their attention several times but nothing changed . The help yourself breakfast was nice but they didn’t check to top up if there was no bread of milk so if there was none that was it . It was nice though to be able to make own waffles and cereal. The house service staff were nice and changed linen daily in room and re made bed daily . Carpets were heavily stained in my room , really heavily stained . The hotel said it was no smoking but residents / guests clearly were smoking weed and cigarettes as there was a lingering smell in my room from previous guests and when you walked along the corridor there was evident smoke coming beneath the gap in door. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave in room which helped overall. The night porter was also pleasant and helpful. I understand the owners and reception staff ( possibly their family )are not American they seriously need to visit local outlets and learn about customer care and service . Life isn’t about I’ve got your money now go away, it’s about getters no return business and a good reputation. The hotel needs a good refurbishment .

Hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown OKC. Right next to the highway. Several restaurants nearby. Couple of bars within walking distance. If need Walmart, Target or the mall they’re very close by. If you just need snacks or gas OnCue is just 2 minutes down the street.

Just wish the restaurant next door (Classen Grill) was open later than 2 pm. Was looking for a good meal , close, within walking distance, since we were from out of town and my husband was in bed to recoup from a surgery he had at OU Dean McGee Eye Institute, we ordered in and were very satisfied with the Pizza House meal, it was very good. Highly recommend. Did not try the pool & hot tub like the first time we stayed, but the timer for the hot tub was fixed (unlike the last time we stayed back in January for my husband's first eye surgery) & other people were enjoying it.

Our stay was ok. The breakfast was less than desirable. 1st mornings nothing was left 30 minutes before it was over so We didn’t get to eat anything other than the packaged bakery items. The breakfast area was dirty and 1 family was making about 10 waffles so we couldn’t make any. The lady that was refilling cups etc. was rude and acted like she was put out about stocking the necessary items.

The hotel was on the cheaper side so i took a chance. The check-in was quick and easy. The property area seemed a little sketchy but it was right off of the interstate and 6 minutes from the zoo and close to eating options. The motel looked updated and mostly clean but very worn in some places. Our room seemed nice. The bathrub had something questionable in it but we wore shoes in the shower otherwise it seemed clean. Shower pressure was amazing. The beds were pristine and very comfortable. We slept well. The breakfast had no hot items (other than waffles) but they did have prepackaged breakfast sandwiches in the fridge. My kid's favorite was the pool and hot tub. It wasn't fancy but they liked it. The hot tub jets were powerful. They did work, but you have to read the sign to figure it out. The morning attendants seemed grumpy. They came in to tell us our son was not supposed to be diving. We were confused because he's 7 and can barely swim and uses a floaty. Evidently they didn't want him even jumping in. We were the only ones there.

The hot tub looked green due to the stains, and you could smell the chlorine as soon as you wenter the hotel. The beds were comfortable though.

The breakfast was really good for me. They had a wonderful older waffle maker that made really tasty waffles which I topped with strawberry yogurt. Delicious!!! We had twin Double beds, very comfortable. It was a little difficult to get there the first time we drove but after a few times we navigated it very well. I was really nice to return to after we attended the Civicl Music Hall to see River Dance performance.

I've stayed here before and in the past my experience has been marginal, but the price made it hard to pass up. This time around, everything just seemed to be wrong. AC wasn't on in the room so it was stifling. The Refrigerator wasn't on so that took awhile to get going. The key cards kept not working on the room. The TV system was not working. The towels were stained. There was no effort by the staff to make up for all the different things that went wrong. I won't be staying here again.

First of all came at 2pm room was ready, stated if wanted to check in early it would be $20.00, stated NEVER had to pay to check in early if room was ready. Clerk preceded to tell me I know for a fact people charge for early check in’s and ours are the cheapest. Walked out. Took 3 hours to get tv checked and the guy took 2 times to get it working stated hopefully now I can eat my dinner. Breakfast was disgusting. Pretty much microwaveable. Good thing there was a diner across the street. Highly recommend that for delicious food

The Sleep Inn is a good place for a one night stay if you are travelling through as we were. It is clean and staff were helpful. The only problem was our key didn't work the first try and a couple of other times because the door apparently had to be pulled first before inserting the key. The staff knew about it so it should be fixed. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. The other suggestion I would have is to have water available in the lobby. It was very hot outside and it would have been nice to be offered water upon checking in. The other great thing is there are two fun bars nearby - Edna's (home of the Lunchbox drink) and the Speakeasy which had good bar food.

Hotel was average. The pop machine on our floor didn’t work, had to go to 1st floor but was still out of stock on a lot of drinks. Free breakfast was about what you’d expect, nothing noteworthy. Room was clean and staff was helpful.
