Perfect short stay in Harrogate. Our apartment had everything we needed and it’s in the heart of town! The building outside doesn’t do justice of what the place looks like inside - it has a modern luxury feel to it. They’ve also accommodated for a request I made for a very special occasion. They were so thoughtful! We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much! x

Perfectly functional and well served hotel in central harrogate. Would be useful if some kind of parking deal was available, but otherwise superb. Note - no lift.

We were in room 205 which is up quite a few stairs to the top. This was not communicated to us. It could be a problem with people with mobility issues. The location is in the centre so good accessibility to the area. We had a problem with the code getting in but this was soon sorted after contacting the staff. We also had an issue with the remote on the tv. It wasn’t pairing until we signed into the WiFi for Deuce TV but then the next day it worked on the normal WiFi. This maybe needs to be mentioned on the instructions left in the room. The room was adequate for our needs. Very clean and nice touch of complimentary water and tea/coffee/biscuits. The added fan in the room was welcoming due to the heat and being on the top floor. There is noise from the street below but this was not a major issue. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster & four hob rings. Despite the small issues we encountered we had a comfortable stay here and would recommend to others and definitely look at staying here again.

Great location in the centre of Harrogate, 2-3 mins walk to shops and bus and train station Downside to being in the centre of town is parking very expensive, but we did manage to find free parking on Duchy Road 15mins walk away if you don’t mind carrying your bags The apartment itself was very clean, and very good quality, we had everything we needed and more, great to av a fridge n small freezer in this hot weather, a fan and free water was even provided, we didn’t use them because we were so in the centre of town but there were cooking facilities too Great stay, would definitely recommend

Lovely apartment, immaculately clean and easy to access. Great location , plenty of nearby parking. Thankful for the extra touches from the host on a very hot weekend, yes there isn't any air con but most hotels in this area don't have it. A super powerful fan was provided, blinds were kept closed and ice cold water supplied as well as a thin sheet to use instead of a quilt if preferred. Comfy bed , nice shower. I'm knocking a star off as the noise was pretty bad, as others have mentioned it is opposite a (24hr) McDonald's... we probably had it a bit worse as it was the night of the England match so lotssss of drunken people until even 6am! However we would stay there again with ear plugs :)
