Got our room key stolen from the pool area from another guest. Reported it and the front desk attendant was very helpful and concerned. She then told me later that night that guest was arrested and removed off the property. Stain in refrigerator was the only thing in room that wasn't top notch. Excellent pool with hot tub attached. No sauna it was removed years ago.

The pool area was closed The reason we booked here was that they had a pool and hot tub. I wouldnt have booked here otherwise. The carpet the the room is terrible. Stained and dirty Needs replacing badly.

Bed was comfortable and staff was helpful! Pool was (and had been) closed for repairs, which is understandable but disappointing, since I was traveling w/ a child. I feel that should have been mentioned when I booked the property just 2 days prior. Also, the outlets in the bathroom were so loose that my hair appliances wouldn't stay plugged into the wall

When we got to our room I noticed some nasty stains on the sheets. I went to front desk and showed them pictures. She said shed send someone to change them. We left for a wedding and came back to find they weren't changed and no house keeper was there. Had to change rooms.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The pillows had dirty stains all over them as well as the bedspread. The blanket on top had cigarette holes on it. The carpet was all stained up, the ceiling had mold and everything was very outdated. Would NEVER stay here again!!!

Filthy ... left asap rhe next morning. Initially was given a rundown room at the back of the property... Had not been cleaned and worst yet smelled of cigarette smoke... complained... was assigned a different room... Told" take this room i ve never had any complaints" The bathtub was filthy clearly had not been cleanned fir quite a while w significant dirt rings ... the shower curtain had MAJOR mold and filth on the bottom gad clearly nit been washed in months ... Look, it was a lower priced hotel but 4vdays earlier in toledo wevhad a similar room butbitvwas spotless .. my stomach girts rn thinkingvaboutbthe experience .. awful.

This is a cheap hotel. You are booking this hotel because it's next to the highway. If you're staying more than 12 hours, don't do it here. Everything in my room was stained (including dried blood on the comforter), and it didn't smell great. I made sure my luggage didn't touch any fabric surface. But I slept fine and wasn't murdered, which is about all I was asking for at this price point. The attached restaurant was ok. So, temper your expectations. You'll get a cheap, dirty room, at a cheap price. If you want a new, pristine hotel with amenities, this isn't for you.

Although they let us check out a day early at no charge when we booked for 2 days, the rooms really need some upgrades. Rooms are very spacious but there is an old smell. They could use some painting, and getting rid of stained carpeting. Shower curtain could use replacement.

This place was a mess from the moment I walked in. No one was at the front desk — I waited almost 15 minutes. The only employee around was a woman from the food area who was outside smoking and chatting on the phone. When she finally came in, she kept texting and stayed on her phone the whole time, completely ignoring me. And I wasn’t the only one — another guest was also waiting to check in. No apology, no urgency, nothing. When I finally got to the room, it was just gross. I booked a non-smoking room, but the whole hallway smelled like smoke, and so did the room. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed — stained, dirty, and just nasty. I honestly don’t think it had been through a washing machine in a while. For the money they’re charging, this place is a joke. Poor service, filthy rooms, and zero professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Smelled like smoke all throughout property. Our door didn't lock and they didnt have another room to give us. When we weren't in room our valuables unsecured. Staff was very friendly and courteous but just couldnt help us with our issue.

I was satisfied with my stay at the Rodeway in Media. It's an older facility showing a bit of wear, but it was clean and well maintained. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. My room was large, comfortable, and clean (but I did suggest on checkout that the shower curtain needs cleaning or replacement). There's no included breakfast. There is a neighboring Mexican restaurant open for lunch and dinner. There's not much else in the immediate area (a gas station and a fast food place), but the motel is fine for a traveler's overnight stop.

Parking was plenty as the hotel was pretty empty. The room had an odor which I had to purchase room fresher to try and get rid of it (was probably the old carpets as I have been in this hotel before and its the same as it was ~3 years ago). Disappointed that they discontinued the breakfast bar in the AM.

There were a few people in the parking lot that made the motel seem a little unsafe at first. But once inside, it was fine and felt okay.

I was satisfied with my stay at the Rodeway in Media. It's an older facility showing a bit of wear, but it was clean and well maintained. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. My room was large, comfortable, and clean (but I did suggest on checkout that the shower curtain needs cleaning or replacement). There's no included breakfast. There is a neighboring Mexican restaurant open for lunch and dinner. There's not much else in the immediate area (a gas station and a fast food place), but the motel is fine for a traveler's overnight stop.

There is a great little Mexican restaurant in the frint of the property (walking distance) and they have live music on Friday nights. This makes for a very enjoyable evening without having to drive.

There was no breakfast even though free breakfast was listed on website. Keys continually didn't work. No amenities, property run-down.

Staff were awesome , check in and out easy, wonderful choices for breakfast. My only issue is the hot tub was not hot and the hallways spelled of stale cigarette smoke( probably from years gone by.) Even our room had a similar Oder. I am alley to cigarette smoke and woke up and spent the day with symptoms.

This was the most disgustingly filthy place I have ever seen. And the smell!! It literally smelled like there was a corpse rotting in one of the rooms. The pool and hot tub (the reason I chose this place) were closed the entire time because "someone's kid decided to poop in the pool". It was noisy, people were smoking (various things) and it was overall the most unpleasant place I have ever stayed in my life. Even the place in NOLA with bullet holes in the door was far better than this dump! Stay in your car if you have to - just don't stay here!!!

We found signs of bed bugs as soon as we went into the room. They allowed us to change rooms but the second room had bed bug eggs all over as well. We declined to stay and were given no opportunity to get a refund. Hotels.com, how do I get my money back?
