The price of the stay was a bit above the condition of the facility and breakfast offered. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee, 2 types of dry cereal, a muffin. The room was not real clean. Lots of splatter spots on the wall. Overview of facility should mention NO elevator. Handicap wife had trouble climbing the steps to our room. Liked the location in Quakertown and to relative's home and restaurants.

This property is in a good location to highways and close to restaurants and shopping. It is very clean and has comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant. Will stay here again when visiting in this area. Good parking area too....well lit and secure.

The air conditioning is just a fan, the floor was really dirty, and somehow there was a mixup with me and the couple that checked in before me that there was a pool here. There is no pool but I booked this one specifically thinking it had an outdoor pool so I must have seen it somewhere.

Rooms were not clean. Sheets smelled like men's cologne...and not a good one. Heavy smell of air freshener when walking in the door in attempts to mask the smell of cigarettes that was overpowering when walking in the halls. Chairs in the room has black stains on them. Ceiling had black stains as well. There was NO POOL even though in all the pictures there is one outdoors. Ice machines didn't work on the floor level so had to go to second floor which required steps as I was not able to locate an elevator. Breakfast was laughable. Muffins and yogurt and apples. Just overall highly unsatisfied for the price I paid.

Safe parking. Easy check in. AC was ok as long as the curtain weren’t shut then it blew up the curtains. Comfortable bedding. Mattresses needed cleaned. Fridge in one room didn’t work. No coffee maker or access to coffee. Breakfast was the most disappointing. Killed a roach in our room. Cleaning people were awesome.

I didn’t like the stay. The building smells like cigarette smoke. The bathroom towels are old and feels rough. I noticed hair on the bathroom floor. I don’t like the fact there’s no elevator. I sense the owner and management are cheap. The breakfast was pitiful. I don’t recommend this hotel.

It was just what i needed. A place to sleep for two nights. Being slightly disabled it didn't help that the automatic door didn't work from the outside and the first floor ice machine was out of order. Stairs are not my friend right now. Otherwise it was great. At check in i was given a room that was super convenient with minimal steps to walk and the man checking me in was super helpful. Great stay at a great price!

Cleanliness was a big issue for me in the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel the carpet was visibly dirty not in a worn down way but that it wasn't kept up with. The upstairs hallway where I stayed had so much dirt along the edges of the hallway it wasn't the kind that built up in a day. I attached photos of all the build up on the corners of the room where I don't expect daily cleaning but any type of regular routine would prevent. Sheets and towels did appear to be clean. If you have accessibility needs please note there doesn't appear to be an elevator. Safety and security They did have sufficient cameras, the lobby door however was not secured after hours and on one instance there was no one at the desk. The door of the room appears to be too small for the frame which prevents the room from being fully dark after hours.

Filthy! Looks nothing like the pictures. Checked in and immediately checked out had to go down the street to Springhill Suites and purchase a room just so we would have somewhere to stay. This place needs to be shut down. I cannot describe the filth! Mold, hair on beds, dirty pillowcases entire building smells like an old basement. Do not book this place!!!!

Probably the dirtiest place I have ever stayed! The bathroom floor was visibly filthy, room smelled like smoke, bathroom ceiling had a hole in it which was plugged up with a tissue, shower faucet was falling off the wall, shower spurted out water. Noticed the housekeeping broom and dustpan were also filthy. I could not wait to get out of this place. Horrible!

Econo is the worst hotel I've ever seen in the United States. Dirty and unsanitary, the bathrooms were dirty, the beds were stained, so much so that I had to leave after 30 minutes. I went with my team. We had 5 rooms, and I had to go find another hotel in the area and lose the money they wouldn't give me back, even though I showed them all the filth and disgust that must be there. I don't recommend it.

The room had not been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had several types of hair and weird stains. Pillows and cases were also stained and they don't use pillow protectors. Microwave and refrigerator were covered in crud. Mirrors were filthy and the bathroom vanity had dried toothpaste running down the front. At first we were going to try and clean up and disinfect the room and requested new bedding, towels and a disinfectant spray. They could not find a disinfectant and gave me a flat sheet, then brought two pillow cases (there are four pillows) and a mattress protector when I had to specify what I meant by needing clean sheets. I promptly checked out and have a case pending for a refund. The person at the front desk was friendly and checked us in and out quickly.

The motel is old but that's no excuse for being unclean. The phone in the room was filthy. There were dust bunnies on the floor and mold/mildew in the bathroom. Most disgustingly was bed bugs in one of our rooms. One of us 4 was bitten many times. Do not stay in this motel. The free breakfast is packaged muffins and Danish with no way to warm them, some cereal and coffee.

We chose this because we figured it would be a quick place to sleep well visiting friends. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. The pillows smelled like sweaty head. The floors were dirty. We chose some place that offered breakfast however there was no breakfast other than stale muffins and coffee. The people above us were obviously having a party. I can't believe nobody in the front desk couldn't hear it and put a stop to it.. I would have to truly say this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life.

This Econo Lodge is within walking distance of a grocery store, several restaurants and stores, and the old part of Quakertown, which is why I had selected it. The hotel itself is somewhat older but maintained fairly well. In the room, the coffee maker probably should have been replaced, and the water pressure was not great. The room, however, was really quiet. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very basic. Overall, for around the same price at the time (early December) and so long as one has a car, another hotel might have been preferable.

Check in they didn't even ask for ID just my area code. The sheetrock by the one bed in my room was uneven and showing very noticeable. Lid to toilet was not on properly and had hairs on it. On top of dresser there were toothpicks which tells me the room was not cleaned very well. There was no internet access, it showed WiFi no password when I tried it brought me to the Econo Lodge website but it would not allow you to sign in. Empty cans and bottles littered the parking lot.

The buttons to open front door from outside do not work, thus making this hotel not handicapped accessible. The lighting is low, not bright enough to read. The walls are thin, which meant the guest above my room could be heard clearly and made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast includes dry cereal, packaged muffins, apples, coffee, juice. Positives: bed is comfortable, good location, mini-frig and heater both worked. I only stayed here because it's the cheapest hotel in town.

A cleaning woman knocked at the door and opened it without waiting for a response. I was standing there in a t shirt and she just looked at me. Stood at reception waiting for someone to come to the desk for about 10 min. The woman was very bland in tone. The room was overall clean, except the entry way wall and bathroom walls. Looked like they had been sprayed with coffee and never wiped off. I stayed 2 nights, and the mid morning after the first night, there was a knock at the door. I was not clothed so my bf went to answer the door and before he got to it, the woman just unlocked the door and opened it!! She wanted to know if we wanted towels. He told her no and closed the door. WHO JUST WALKS INTO A GUESTS ROOM?! from there out, we put the DND hanger on and chain locked the door. The envelope under the tv with "Thank You" in big letters, implied cleaning staff wanted tips left. Thought that was really unprofessional. The only reason id stay here again, is because its conveniently located to Everything. Highway, food, shopping, coffee etc.

Front desk staff was alright to deal with, I stayed at this location for for a week. The room floors were sandy, and l I never did receive room service after asking to exchange towels.had to do so myself at the front desk. Free continental breakfast consisted of an empty juice machine, and huny buns. Highly recommend yum yum donuts across the street. All in all this hotel is a older building and a cheap stay if you are looking to just hang your head for the night.

Cleanliness was a big issue for me in the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel the carpet was visibly dirty not in a worn down way but that it wasn't kept up with. The upstairs hallway where I stayed had so much dirt along the edges of the hallway it wasn't the kind that built up in a day. I attached photos of all the build up on the corners of the room where I don't expect daily cleaning but any type of regular routine would prevent. Sheets and towels did appear to be clean. If you have accessibility needs please note there doesn't appear to be an elevator. Safety and security They did have sufficient cameras, the lobby door however was not secured after hours and on one instance there was no one at the desk. The door of the room appears to be too small for the frame which prevents the room from being fully dark after hours.

This property is in a good location to highways and close to restaurants and shopping. It is very clean and has comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant. Will stay here again when visiting in this area. Good parking area too....well lit and secure.

Inexpensive place to stay. The girl at the checkin counter was very nice and friendly, wonderfully pleasant. The location of this property is ideal for shopping, food, and major roadways.

This Econo Lodge is within walking distance of a grocery store, several restaurants and stores, and the old part of Quakertown, which is why I had selected it. The hotel itself is somewhat older but maintained fairly well. In the room, the coffee maker probably should have been replaced, and the water pressure was not great. The room, however, was really quiet. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very basic. Overall, for around the same price at the time (early December) and so long as one has a car, another hotel might have been preferable.

Overall a nice and comfortable stay. Wouldn’t be able to stay more than a few days though because the air is probably not safe - fan in bathroom was coated with brown dust and dirt inside of it, floor corners were very built up with dirt, and floor was pretty gross in room and in breakfast area (you could hear the sticking). However, despite all that, beds were fine and staff was very nice. Check in/out was effortless and we overall would stay here again for a quick stay. Being right on 309 is definitely convenient.

The tub was not that clean, paint peeling above the tiles and outdated shower head. The people next door were quite loud around 11 pm until almost midnight. I couldn't get the clock set to the right time so i had to use my phone for an alarm. There were few items available for breakfast - muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. The main room seemed clean, bed was comfortable and heat worked well.

Room look like it had not been clean in weeks. Most of the bed sheets were dirty. Front desk area just smelled like cigarette smoke. A/C old and barely worked. Breakfast was old milk, some cereal, and like store bought snack cakes. Should be a $40-50 dollar night stay.

Room needed to be updated in decor. Bed was comfortable. Shower/tub looked a bit too skeevy to wash in. Complimentary breakfast was a lame excuse for breakfast. Room was messy with used bowls & cups scattered around. Cereal was all over the counter & floor. Breakfast consisted of 1 available muffin, 1 available yogurt, some apples, juice & coffee.

This Econolodge is in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable. But the fact that it wasn't clean overshadowed everything else. It seems neglected by the staff. There is a stale smell and dust/dirt on the floors. The breakfast was almost non-existent. It appears this hotel is operating at a deficit. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

HORRIBLE SO DIRTY !!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! the room was so dirty I couldn’t even sleep properly I had to sleep in my full sweater and sweatpants. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was flirty. It’s like they don’t clean. Worst hotel I ever been to. I end up staying cause I already booked and was so tired and was waking up early to continue my drive I just need somewhere to nap, but regret it horrible hotel.

My family and I were traveling from New York to southern Pennsylvania and just needed a place for the overnight before our next stop. Your hotel was reasonable though not the cheapest. I have stayed in Econolodges before without issue but this was not good at all. I was first alarmed when during check-in I was barely spoken to and seemed to simply be in the way of the one person's phone screen and the other watching the world cup. It was late and we really had no options so we went to the room. The condition of the room was awful, there was gum on the inside of the door, gum on the side of the dresser/cabinet, dirt and filth everywhere, ripped curtains and just almost looked like it was not cleaned in weeks. We figured that we will just sleep and get out of there early after breakfast. We went to get ice and the ice bucket was stained with something black (mold or something). We went and got another one from the desk and there was not a single apology/concern or anything about that; really bad look for the hotel cleanliness. I then went to get ice and immediately abandoned that idea as there was black mold/sludge in the ice machine dispenser and in the mean time my daughter went to sit on a chair which was covered in a stain so that was not happening. We just went to bed and then attempted to grab breakfast the next morning with no success there was nothing but one cereal, some horrible apples and random slices of bread. To advertise it as breakfast is ridiculous. AVOID

Just a quick solo overnight stay. Room was in poor shape and badly in need of major renovation- mostly the laminate flooring- which was buckling and broken. And the fibergalss shower which should be torn out and replaced. To be fair, It is possible that other rooms may have been redone- since you cannot do them all at once. I have no idea. Room was decently clean. You get what you pay for. I would stay again because the price was right. But would not bring my wife.
