Great stay! Great communication! We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Topsail! So nice for our grandchildren to have both the beach and pool.

Ed was a great host that communicated very well and provided all info needed. The place is in a perfect spot, situated squarely between the beach and the inlet and can walk to both very easily/quickly. The community pool worked out great as well. The kids are already asking to go back and find more shark teeth!

Overall great location! Wasn’t aware that linen was not provided in the fee but we otherwise had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. It is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. It has private beach access, covered parking, outdoor rinse-off area, washer and dryer, and every kitchen appliance or accessory you need.
