Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i trasporti pubblici. Personale molto cortese, hotel moderno, recentemente ristrutturato, camera ampia, letti molto comodi e biancheria pulita. Uniche pecche: manca un frigobar (o anche solo un frigorifero) ed inoltre al check in ci è stato chiesto se volessimo le pulizie giornaliere, abbiamo risposto di sì ma in realtà non è stato così. Infatti sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani ma i pavimenti non sono mai stati puliti per tutto il soggiorno, nemmeno in bagno (ad esclusione della doccia) e non sono stati cambiati i bicchieri usati. Nel complesso comunque il giudizio è positivo.

Zimmer war in Ordnung - allerdings durch Zug und U-Bahnverkehr sehr laut. Mit gekippten Fenster schlafen war nicht möglich. DIe Parkgarage ist extrem eng und verwinkelt. Normale Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung keine! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders groß und Abwechslungsreich. Preis/Leistung war ok.

- There is no staff on-site, and staff do not always answer the support phone number. - The key pad on the kiosk is terrible. They ask for lots of verification information, and it's painful to type it in on a poorly operating keypad. I restarted the process twice because of the keyboard. - On checkout the kiosk wasn't working at all - They use an access code rather than an access card. This has pros and cons, but having the break out your phone to find the code is a pain - The rate was fair. - The room was clean and comfortable. - The D tram runs in front of the hotel. - There is underground parking
