Unfortunately, our stay here and experience with hotels.com wasn't great. We reserved a Double Queen room through Hotels.com, but when we checked in, we were given a room with a single king bed. After pointing out the problem, we were told there were no other rooms available. This left one person in our party with no bed and instead sleeping on the couch in the room. We requested partial compensation for the lack of a second bed but were told by the hotel staff that they could not do anything because we booked through Hotels.com. Then we were told by Hotels.com that they could not do anything because it was up to the hotel. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we checked in. The building had only one elevator, and the first-floor call button worked sporadically throughout our stay. Upon check-in, our room key didn’t work. We then discovered that the room we had been assigned was already occupied, despite the front desk claiming it should have been vacant. We were reassigned to another room that had a terrible odor. The biggest frustration was the complete lack of housekeeping and accountability. We checked in Sunday and were told rooms were serviced Wednesday. All we requested were fresh towels, toilet paper, trash removal, and a quick floor sweep. Wednesday passed without service. On Thursday, we were told they were busy but would try that day, and definitely by Friday. Neither happened. When we followed up Friday, housekeeping informed us our room wasn’t even on their list. The front desk again blamed how busy they were and couldn’t guarantee service. We stayed out of our room for another three hours to accommodate them, only to return and find nothing had been done. We ultimately requested a manager. Being busy is understandable, but repeatedly making promises, offering excuses, and failing to provide basic services is unacceptable. This hotel is clearly poorly managed, and I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

Place was ok. It was nice to have a small kitchen available but the walls were so thin you could hear the neighbors every little move. We could hear the next door neighbors all night until 3 am and our other neighbors making breakfast at 7:00 am so not very sound proof. The bed was pretty uncomfortable but it was a nice clean place overall.

Brand new hotel so it’s clean and convenient, but the automated blinds in the accesible room were broken so that was not very convenient at all.

We arrived on time but had to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very uncomfortable ( felt like rags in the mattress) but atleast it wasn’t too high. The pillows were like bunches of cut up foam stuffed in a pillow case ( but I brought my own pillow so it worked out) The blind over the window is not a room darkening shade and the halogen lights from outside were on all night so we did not know if it was midnight or noon. Made it difficult to sleep. And lastly the quality of construction is so so. Could hear everything Nextdoor, upstairs, and out in the hall ( and outside at night, we were over the fire pit area) Parking was great.
