O hotel é recém inaugurado. Ainda está com obras sendo finalizadas, o que incomodou um pouco com barulhos. Fica a uma curta caminhada das praias de Platis Gialos e Psarou, próximo a restaurantes e mini mercados. A atendente Nikki é muito simpática e atenciosa. Há estacionamento no hotel com manobrista. O quarto é confortável, com cama boa e espaçosa. O banheiro possui dois chuveiros. O café da manhã é a la carte, com limitação de pedidos, mas a comida é muito gostosa. Gostamos bastante de tudo. A área da piscina é muito bonita e com excelente vista. PS. Estava de carro alugado e quando fui devolver observaram um pequeno arranhão provavelmente decorrente de estacionamento, o que me obrigou a pagar 250 euros de franquia. Talvez tenha sido no hotel, já que o carro desce por elevador e não sabemos como é estacionado, porém não há como afirmar com certeza.

The staff was extremely helpful, everything was clean and near the beach. The hotel was also very beautiful and had a gym!

The good: The staff have been very nice and although not necessarily able to solve the issues out of their control, they have been super friendly. The bed is incredibly comfortable. More comfortable than even some of best hotels I’ve stayed at. The room is comfortable with AC and spacious. The bad: There was no parking during my stay. This is a big deal for me as I specifically looked out for properties with parking as I have been on a trip around the Peloponnese, Kefalonia, and will continue to other Cycladic islands as well as Crete. I have driven with no issue, and had parking at each property. Apparently the elevator for the parking does not work. The solution was parking a rather short, albeit not safe, walk to the moto rental spot behind the hotel. It is a steep incline, with no sidewalks, that has a curve. It didn’t feel super safe to walk there. I was told there was valet, but I have not seen the valet driver or anyone there ready take the car to the lot. The hours for the valet were apparently 9am-7pm. I drove by at about 5:30pm, and had to park the car myself since nobody was there. The entrance is not a spot that has enough room for someone to stop to get out to look for the valet or even check in. The road is just too narrow for that. Mykonos is like that, so it is not unique to this property, but on the drive here I saw plenty of other valets actually being visible and providing the service. I booked the room with the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was gross.

Liked: Staff Helena? on reception and Thanos in restaurant. Both extremely helpful, approachable and professional. Room Breakfast Roof top pool. Any issues raised were resolved in a prompt and professional manner. Disliked: Housekeeping issues re dust in/ around bed frame Ashtrays left with cigarettes ends in it from previous guests. ( we are non smokers) Not enough staff serving breakfast and Thanos, although new, seemed to be left to oversee taking orders and serving a busy restaurant.
