The hotel is a little older but it was a lot better than I expected for the price. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and activities so we didn’t have to pay extra for parking to go to activities. The parking garage is extremely tight. Only compact and midsize cars could park in there. I drive a Traverse and had to park in the open parking area. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. A very pleasant experience. We even had a balcony. Not much of a view right outside but it u look up u can see the mountains and a beautiful sunset.

Elevator was broken, tv remote did not work. Balcony door did not have a weather strip/seal so cold air came in forcing the heat to run constantly. Bed sheets had multiple of long hairs. Water pressure was great. Bed was comfy.

A very convenient location for exploring the superb Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Room was clean, staff very helpful and outdoor swimming pool excellent. A one-minute walk to Gatlinburg’s shopping and dining strip.

I was woken up at 1 in the morning with a bug crawling on my leg. Not sure what type, but I had a hard time sleeping after that. The was also a huge spider and web in the bathtub. The room had not been cleaned well.

Don't be fooled by the 8.2. Rating. Honestly not sure where that came from. The FIRST room we had was dirty, dusty, stains on the pillows and sheets. The exterior door leading to the balcony didn't close all the way and the main room door had a security latch that was hanging by one screw! So of course it didn't work. So we asked to be moved to a new room; the second room was not much cleaner, the bathroom had hair all around the toilet it was gross. But at least the sheets ere clean and the doors worked, we were tired from driving all day to get there so we just dealt with is and my wife cleaned the bathroom, after she cried (No joke!). We made them come and clean the whole room the next morning. Lastly, there was a some large convention for the Future Farmers of America in town and so we have about 50 teenagers in the hotel, they ran all over the place and were very loud and totally unchecked until I called the front desk and asked them to do something about it.

This is a great place to stay... ...if you want a dirty bed and bed bugs. The rooms are poorly lit and there's a reason. Do yourself a favor and look around with your cell flashlight. The first room I was in, one of the beds had been PEED IN and not cleaned. The whole room smelled. The sheets appeared clean, but not the blankets. I assume they changed the sheets and put the dirty blankets back on the bed. My second room had several dead bugs, and after pulling back 2 mattress pads (when there's usually only 1), there were dead bugs under the pads. I was told I would likely not receive a refund because I booked through Expedia, but that a manager would call me. I never heard back.

Room was dusty and dirty. Couch was stained up and disgusting. The smoke detector didn’t work and was hanging off the wall. Only stayed 1 night. Don’t bother trying to contact property after booking, especially if you book a non refundable room like I did, they will not respond to you at all.

The room stunk, we had cockroaches crawling on the walls, floor and in our fridge. When i told the kid at the front desk he asked me to text him pictures i took so he could show his manager. I reluctantly sent them to him. no one has reached out to me or anything. We ended our trip early due to waking up with cockroaches we were so appalled.

NIGHT 1: Wonderful. Nice rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, great location, good value on price. NIGHT 2: We were literally up from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Other hotel guests were partying and being loud in the garage/street below our room. I called the hotel desk twice to complain and was told that those guests were told to be quiet. After the second time and nothing was done, I asked the front desk if they were going to call the police and they said "why?" I hung up. Later in the morning, a car alarm was randomly going off and continued up until dawn. You mean to tell me that the hotel couldn't go out and find the room number on the card that hangs from the mirror and contact the owner? There is no way people could sleep. The Country Inn Suites next to this hotel had to hear all of the commotion as well. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

This used to be my favorite place to stay until they stuck me on the ground floor of the parking garage. Surrounded by cars, no view, and a back door that opens to a cement wall with a fence. The laminate floor is on a cement pad so it’s cold and cracks when you walk on it. The ceiling is a drop tile ceiling. I’m certain these rooms were storage or utility rooms at one time. Not pleased that I’ve paid $100 a night for this hole. Pics attached are the “view” Out the doors. Receptionist was less than friendly and sent me to third floor room even though I specified first floor in my reservation. I pointed this out and she assigned me this gem. Please treat your customers (especially repeat customers) better than this. I’ll not be returning for awhile. There are many other choices in Gburg.

Key cards were deactivated everyday, no Wi-Fi password given, house keepers went into our room before checkout and threw away our belongings and cleaned our room with the dnd signs and not being checked out and they did nothing about it and said it was fine they did that.

Front desk staff was rude. The card on file was expired but I had the new card. She couldn't figure out how to run it. Had to go 2 blocks to an ATM to get cash. When i returned she said oh youre back? Room was very dark. Most the lightbulbs were out. Hotel was convenient to shops and clean.

Front desk staff was rude. The card on file was expired but I had the new card. She couldn't figure out how to run it. Had to go 2 blocks to an ATM to get cash. When i returned she said oh youre back? Room was very dark. Most the lightbulbs were out. Hotel was convenient to shops and clean.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 am after an 8 hour drive. We check in and I get charged for the room, that I had already prepaid for. Then, my favorite part, when we got to the room we couldn't access it. I went back to the office and the attendant gave me a new set of cards. I went back to the room and still couldn't access it. The attendant tried with her master key and it still wouldn't open. The attendant then told us that the was the last room, that they were sold out and that I couldn't get a refund because it was against their "policy"...... I said " so we can't access the room but I can't have my money back???" Again, I was told no, it was against their policy and she then said she wasn't authorized. Mind you, this was after I prepaid for the room and was then charged again upon checking in. The attendant also told me that she didn't charge me for again, to which I told her that it didn't come out of my account until after she asked for my card upon checking in and showed her my bank account on my phone, where it showed said withdraw from Econolodge. It was a complete cluster. We were left looking for a place to stay at 3:30 in the morning in a town that was pretty much sold out unless you could afford to pay an absorbent amount per night.

I stayed here for an event at the Convention Center. It was literally a 3-4 minute walk. The walk to downtown was right down the street. Staff was friendly. The room was decent and worked great for me.

nice and clean. Simple, Easy. Right off the Main Street and perfect for us as it was a short block from the Conference Center in Gatlinburg. Parking was awesome for our room, breakfast was extremely basic - but hey, we were not expecting extravagant by any means. Just a last minute booking. Perfect for those working on a budget and needing a clean place.

It was awesome. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was this clean. The breakfast was out of this world the receptionist was the nicest I’ve ever met. She even came to her car and hugged us when we left.

Trash around property and parking area. Went to get grab & go breakfast at 9:30 am and staff had slready put away and didnt offer anything. No regular creamer for coffee but available in small packets for room which is not enough.

We have returned to this hotel several times due to its proximity to Main Street. We like the fact that we park the car here and walk the busy strip. This last trip we were told no more hot breakfast, just a quick coffee and a granola bar.

I have stayed in many Ecolodge hotels. There was a sign saying there was a vending machine on level four of the section I was staying at and there wasn't a vending machine. There was a soda machine but thr drinks were hot. The chair in my room had bodily fluids on it. The place wasn't very clean.

Everything was great! Clean room, already cooled down (Thank you!). Breakfast was great. We were attending Monsters On The Mountain, and it was just a walk across the parking lot to the venue. Will be back!

friendly staff, close to the parkway in gatlinburg which is walkable which is what you want because of traffic and having to pay for parking. You can drive to pigeon forge because it's more spread out and parking is free there.And the national park is just minutes away.Great location for a vacation to the smokies doing all 3 and Dollywood.The pool looked nice but we where out the whole time.
