Facility very clean , still has brand new smell . Laundry room well kept and secured . Super convenient location right beside top entertainment and stores minutes away. Staff friendly and helpful as well .

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There are locks requiring a guest room key to enter which made me feel safe. Also note pets are allowed.

This property looks brand new, easy off Hwy 85 plenty of well lite parking area. Just really clean, laundry room , small workout room. I am glad I'm a heavy sleeper use there is some noise issue from hallway. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location within walking distance to a fun plex with bowling arcade billiards & dining. Right next to Top Golf too. The room was promoted as an efficiency with full kitchen. While there was indeed a full kitchen it was not stocked with anything we would expect to find. There were no dishes glasses coffee maker utensils pots pans etc. After we shopped for bare necessities we noticed a small sign indicating that those essential items were available for rent from the hotel. I have never experienced that during any efficiency stays before. That info should have been advised at check-in. The wi-fi was not great even after we paid a fee to upgrade. Everything was very clean and tne buildings was safe & secure with added safety measures preventing anyone without a room key card from entering the residence area from the lobby. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Many dining & shopping options within a short drive.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, however every time i moved it squeezed waking up my daughter.I appreciated the ability to open the window for fresh air. There is plenty of parking and the staff are kind and helpful. This hotel is VERY basic. No kleenex in the room , cooking set for the kitchen must be purchased. No mirror in the room except the bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and you must pay for your room to be cleaned. The fridge was NOT turned on. I put milk & water in the fridge and the next day when i went to get my water it was warm. Causing me to look at the fridge temperature. Several times i smelled cigarette smoke in our hallways coming from a room on our floor.

Tje room we booked online waa noy the room that was given to us. That wasnt the worst part though the room was colpletly dirty. The old bedding for left there on the floor from the previous guest the bathroom had feces all over the toliet and drug residue was on theaink. Would not recommend to stay here. The front dest receptionist ststed tbat we were not the only gueat that had complaine about their rooms being dirty that a huge problem and manavement needs to do a bettrr job.

Rooms could be a lot cleaner, especially the floors. Hallways always smell of smoke and carpet is dirty.

Hotel did its job for providing a place to sleep at night. However, the hotel seemed to skimp out on costs in more necessary places. Kitchen and bathroom features were very nice! But the bed felt like sleeping on concrete. There were two of us staying there and they only provided towels/pillows for just one guest. The walls are paper thin and if you’re a light sleeper, you shouldn’t stay here. We were woken up every night by loud noises from other guests around us, both next to and above/below. Overall, the room was clean and provided a place to rest. Comfort level was 0/5.

Hotel was very clean as advertised. Stayed one night on a work trip. Internet didn't work at all. Had to be reset every 5 minutes. Hotel is an extended stay, nut was full of what looked like families. Room above mine was noisy all night long into the very early AM. Sounded like kids and pets were running around. Seriously sounded like there was cattle running around. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!

The property is new which provides a clean and fresh room. The downside would be the incredibly thin walls! Between hearing EVERYTHING in the next room as well as the sirens and drag racing outside the atmosphere at times was not very restful. But if you're looking for a clean and affordable place to lay your head, this might be your place.

Room was very clean. Only problem with room was even number rooms face a busy street in morning.....could hear semi and box trucks climbing up hilly road. I left A/C fan on constant the second night and it created little white noise distraction.

The staff and the appearance of the hotel was nice and I don’t want to take anything away from the staff. The problem was the construction of the building. There was no insulation which made it so I could hear everything from the other rooms and ESPECIALLY outside when cars and trucks would drive by. Made it impossible to sleep at times.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is very nice for the price and pretty clean inside the rooms. Stayed here one time though where the sheets likely needed to be retired - haven't that issue since though. The walls are paper thin and the beds are just on a creeky olatform. Suffice to say that I didn’t sleep all that well with the creeky platform and neighbors talking or dogs barking throughout the night.

Very easy to find and very friendly staff!

The staff was not pleasant. Our room was not ready when we arrived after 3pm. Was advised we would be contacted once it was ready. No one called and when asked she was very nonchalant about it. Her customer service was poor. We booked base off the reviews from other customers. She did not uphold the standards of the hotel. I asked for the corporate number. I was provided a number to medical alert.

Amazing staff! Always friendly. Justine & Sierra were always pleasant to deal with.

Front desk employees very welcoming

Everyone was pleasant and accommodating except for one night shift person. My husband went all the way to the front desk the first night because we did not have a shower curtain. The one we were given was moldy. Then to get additional towels we were told we had to bring them down and trade out ourselves. Not a big deal just time consuming. However when i went to make the trade. The lady working the desk comes out from the back with gloves on with an unpleasant look on her face. Did not speak to me, after I said I need new towels please. Just rolled her eyes l, huffed, and went to get towels. Finally the last night we were there. I slipped getting into the shower. I have a bruised and swollen ankle, knee, hip, and shoulder. There needs to be a grab bar or non slip in the tub.

Staff was horrible - took 30 minutes to check in at midnight. Scary people loitering in the lobby. She checked us in to a room that was supposed to have 2 queens and had just one. She took a photocopy of my id and now I'm worried about identity theft. Although this is a new hotel, it is going downhill fast unless they get a handle on the type of people they hire. I will NEVER go back

Great staff, friebdly and helpful

Poor service. The front desk clerk was scrolling on her phone while we were checking in. The room was the most basic I've ever seen, and it smelled like smoke.

I have absolutely zero complaint about our hotel stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Check in and check out process went really smoothly. Hotel room itself was very clean and up-to-date. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel is new and clean. Convenient area, however you will get woken up by the trucks in the area starting at 6am. Staff friendly. Overall good for the price.

The room was very clean, the property was well maintained. And it was super convenient to walk to MainEvent Bowling and TopGolf. Would definitely stay here again.

We had friends come into town who wanted to go to Main Event and Top Golf, so we booked a room for the night. We walked to both so no worries about driving after having a few drinks. The rooms have a full kitchen and was perfect for us.

Newer property. Good location. Good staff. Very noisy surrounding the property.

The facility itself is nice, staff is nice, and the room was pretty good. However, I noticed a constant smell of marijuana while in the elevator, the beds were squeaky and pretty incomfortable. The factor that ultimately was the main focal point of my review is the noise. The hotel is right beside Top Golf and a nice bowling alley called the "Main Event". We constantly were kept awake or woken up by cars revving their motors and/or doing burnouts in the parking lot and the side road leading i to the hotel. I know this is out of the extended stay hotel's control, but we were miserable most of both nights we stayed.

Pros: The hotel is located off the interstate and close to restaurants and shopping. The beds are low profile but were comfortable, and the room was clean. I’d like to give praise to Francesca (housekeeping services) for being very hospitable and accommodating to my needs each day I saw her (she didn’t give a vibe as if I was bothersome for needing anything). So to you, Francesca, I personally thank you! Your kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Coms: If you don’t care about anything, the hotel is minimal and very basic. Although, the total cost was comparable to other hotels that usually include perks. The hotel doesn’t offer continental breakfast, fruit or water, only coffee (everyone doesn’t drink coffee). Surprisingly, I was charged extra to my credit card, which was explained it was for towels and sheets I may need throughout my stay. If you need an iron/board, you have to get it from the front desk as they’re not kept in the room. Upon checkout, I wanted to get ice for the road (for a cup of water and the cooler), but the hotel doesn’t have an ice machine.

Its a very peaceful and clean place to stay. THERE ARE NO BUGS!!! Considering the bugs in S.C. I am elated to stay somewhere with so there are no bugs. I'm from Ohio. Seeing these cockroaches, the size of your whole finger, is CRAZY! Room cleaning must be requested. Fine with me! Any time you ask for linen or towels the staff is happy to get it for you. The laundry facilities are clean & easy to use. You can use your debit card to pay for the washer and dryer. Super easy! The cleaning staff is super nice. The front desk staff is shaky though... lol Attitude wise. There attitudes were garbaaage! They were frustrated and mean. It was wild. I just got through my check-in & went to my room. That was only a couple of them though. They were nicer as the days went on ( I had to stay for a good while for work). I did notice that when the general manager was present that all the workers were "TIP TOP" .... she runs that place masterfully! Very nice and attentive lady! KUDOS! I wish they would offer breakfast! That would make extended stays preferred above other hotels! I loved my stay. I love that Top Golf & Main Event are across the parking lot! Love that! Very nice hotel!! 4-5 stars. The only thing I can say that I didn't like was urine on the side of the toilet that wasn't visible (near wall). When I cleaned my room I noticed that & questionable spots near the tissue! I cleaned the wall & the toilet. No big. Whoever deep cleans should get those areas and under the bed. Bed comfy 2.

The facilities are new so everything was pretty clean, tidy, and mostly in working order. THE NOISE THOUGH. If you're hard of hearing or a heavy sleeper then it's fine but if you aren't you're going to have a rough time. The walls, ceilings/floors are super thin and we could clearly hear the conversations of those around us, the people above us walking around, babies crying, children running around, phones ringing, the whole lot. The coffee machine downstairs is complimentary but the cup it dispensed smelled so awful I poured it out. They have dishes, coffee makers, and cookware available for purchase, there aren't any provided so be prepared. If you just need a place to sleep and noise doesn't bother you, this is a great find and I would recommend it. If you want any amenities at all or peace and quiet then this is not the property for you.

Advertised as having a kitchenette. It does not have any dishes or utensils. There isn’t even a coffee maker to make hot water. Every other suite hotel has a least some basics. Don’t call yourself a suite hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Other than that I was pretty miserable. There should be SOMETHING on the listing that tells you this is an extended stay, with ZERO toiletries or amenities. All I need is a hot shower, a comfortable bed and coffee. I didn’t get any of that. The coffee tasted almost toxic from the “instant” machine downstairs. The water pressure was 50% at best. I had to go to a nearby Walgreens to purchase shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer. What a waste of money. The bed was quite literally the worst I’ve ever slept on. My back still hurts. I’m a small person and it squeaked every time I moved. The hallway on the second floor permeates the smell of Indian food. For a quick stop while traveling, this was anything but convenient or comfortable

This is a relatively new property with scaled down amenities. The rooms are nice as is the entire hotel. No breakfast.. no coffee in room. I had to call ‘support” to get WiFi. It is an economical alternative if you don’t need all of the ‘add-ons”.

Everything was clean in the room. The environment was comfortable. Be prepared that cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, etc., are not provided. You need to buy paper plates, paper towels, forks, knives, etc. I was not expecting that. Otherwise, it is a great location to the airport and lots of restaurants and fast food within 2 miles. Also, we only could have 3 hangers. The internet did not work well, i used my phones hotspot.
