Hotel bem localizado, porém, o ar condicionado do quarto era extremamente barulhento e a limpeza pecou um pouco.

I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel moved me to another room on 5/F, which is a standard room, but they said they could not pay me the difference as I booked through Hotel.com rather than with the hotel directly. When I checked out, hotel said it had waived service charge for my stay, and that was it.

Staff and room were excellent

房間整齊乾淨，雖然是有一定年限了。但是浴室的淋雨設計不良，容易滲水到地板，浴缸有一定的高度，對老年人或膝關節有礙的人不友善 房間服務都要等很久
