Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A total 5star home. Not a house but a home away from home. From the moment you walk in you can see and feel the love that went in to make your stay memorable. Everything and I mean everything top of the line. You need to bring only your food. It was more than a stay it was an experience. The spice draw was amazing and so unexpected. Guerneville is another experience all to itself. Ocean sunsets a short drive away. I will definitely be back again and again. I’m not good with writing how I feel so should you’d like to contact me I’d be happy to talk with anyone. Rental service knows how to get in touch with me. Remember you need bring nothing but yourselves and food.

Generally had a lovely stay and the home was cute and comfortable. Beds and linens were very nice. Property listing was a bit confusing/inconsistent in listing as a 2 or 3 BR. Third sleeping area is in an outbuilding without a bathroom. Some dishes needed to be washed/rinsed, and the outdoor area needed a little cleanup to enjoy easily. Just needed a little seasonal freshen up, but otherwise the space was nice and we enjoyed our time.

Clean rooms, amazing property, close to the areas we were visiting. We will come back next year. Only recommendation and if I missed it I apologize but a big push broom to clear off the steps, patio and hot tub area. We tried our best to keep the home clean and leaves, debris out of the hot tub but a garage style push broom would hwv helped. Again if I missed it my bad. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Super dusty, ants everywhere along with cobwebs as soon as you enter. Would not recommend or come back.

Heart Of The River really has it all! I truly couldn't have enjoyed my stay any more — the property is gorgeous, well stocked with everything one might need, and the management overseeing the rental were professional, kind, and readily available whenever I had a question or needed something. I had a relaxing and restorative getaway, and absolutely plan to be back.
