The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage, which worked great for our group of 10. The views were gorgeous. The balcony had plenty of space. It just needed an additional table and chairs set on the side balcony because it had the best breezes!! The pools were nice and clean. The grounds were kept nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful at Coral Reef. The location of the property was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We have always loved staying at this property. We had several things fall short this year. We were given 2 bracelets (which were required for entry EVERYWHERE other than our room). We had 8 people in our party. The lady at the front office was rude, short and refused to give us anymore stating that ECDI would have to authorize her to give us more. Upon 3 different notifications to them, i never received eesponse nor bracelets. We did the best we could though amd enjoyed the beach greatly. The room was nice but not completely updated. Oh, and we were charged 80 for parking passes on top of the parking fee included in our bill. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Arrive onsite and found out we had no access to the pool area due to the condo not being part of the management company onsite so we couldn’t get keys to enter and exit the pool and ocean.manager at the condo tried call or management company and they said they would call us back and never did and we were there for 7 days I finally had to pay for 4 keys for my family which cost me a additional fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coral Reef is our go to condominium when we vacation in PCB. We love the location, two pools, no wait elevators, and parking on the grounds. Unit 501 was absolutely perfect and we have already booked for next summer. It is clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen with comfy beds and enough room for our entire family!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. Great location. The property management just never seemed very helpful. Not very cheerful either. On top of that the walkway from the beach was damaged and my son was hurt and had to go to the emergency room. Cut the bottom of his big toe, had to be glued back together. Ruined his last 3 days on the beach. Property management told us they would follow up after the incident but never heard from anyone. We did notice them fixing the walkway.

Overall, this condo was amazing! We loved the Layout, the view of the beach, the beds and really everything about it! We did have an issue with Wi-Fi but honestly, we were on vacation and were 100% ok with not having Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer gave us some issues but nothing we couldn’t figure out how to get past. Provided kitchen appliances and kitchen ware were plenty and did the job! Pools were always clean (did not have a sandy bottom like we’ve seen in the past) and not very overcrowded. Our older kids could swim and we had a perfect view of them. We really had a great time and anytime we are in PCB with the amount of people we had, we will definitely rent this condo again! I typically stay at the same resort every year. This year I needed a larger unit for my in laws and parents.It was nice they offered an early check in for additional cost. Other places we’ve stayed didn’t cost extra- they just text when the cleaning was done. I was a little nervous when we first walked in due to crumbs of food still being on the table and the floor filthy but after we cleaned up and settled in, we loved it. A few minor things such as the toilets not flushing properly, the bathtub being clogged- so when you took a shower, it wouldn’t drain- you’d have a full bath by the time you finished showering, one of the drawers were taken off, the closet door was broken and several cracked glass cups in the cabinet. Im glad we brought our own plates, cups, paper towels and plastic forks/spoons and toilet paper. The view was amazing from the extremely spacious balcony. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The resort itself was great. They need a new cleaning person for sure but everything else was great. There are key fobs to get to the pools and beach which is a little annoying to have to keep up with posed to entering a number. The elevators were great too.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and has been well maintained. The building and property were very quiet and relaxing. The only complaints I have are the number of key fobs you are given, which you need to get to the pool and the beach. The floors and area rug could also use a deep, steam clean. Our feet turned black when barefoot.

Reviewer Comments: the carpet was very dirty and there was dog pee stain all over the carpet, there is water marks all over the walls in the bathroom and the hall ways I have pictures to send showing all of these I told front office she told me that they didn't have time to clean the carpets I would like some kind of compensation for the condition of the condo

We have stay at several condos at various beaches, this was by far the cleanest we have ever rented. Not only the condo, but the beach as well. Chair and Umbrella Guy on beach was great!! We will be back to Coral Reef, good Lord willing!!

As soon as we arrived getting in was easy, but right off the back we noticed the floors were filthy and turned our feet black. No biggie we cleaned the place up. Next, we notice the handle of the sliding glass door to the balcony was extremely loose and ended up breaking off. We contacted our host about this and they said maintenance would fix it the next day. That never happened. We had to fix it. Also, the stay included two parking passes with the stay. The host told us the office would bring them up. They never came so we went down to the office. The lady running the office was very rude and said “it’s not her problem to contact my host”. To which my host responded that there must’ve been a policy change and now I have to go back down to the office and pay for two parking passes. There was just a lot of little frustrating things about the stay. It was unacceptable. They need to take better care of their guests. Please do better next time. We made the best of our trip enjoying the comfort of our family and that’s the only thing that made our trip a good one.

The only drawbacks to the unit were that the kitchen could be stocked better (needs non-stick cookware, etc...) and that the tile shower in the ocean-side master bath needs cleaned. It had a lot of mildew/mold. These were minor inconveniences that would not deter us from staying again.

Great location! Not a big building which is perfect to avoid crowds and elevator is always available. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were dried contacts stuck to one of the nightstands. None of wear contacts so I knew it wasn’t from us. In the bathroom, there was toothpaste plaster from previous guest on the faucet. I always check the beds and there 2 hairs of different styles on the sheets and pillows cases smelled musty. I would definitely recommend this place but just hope the cleaning staff steps it up. Before I leave a place, I strip the beds. I know crews are in a rush but I’d rather not pay a fee and clean it myself. Lol I have a cleaning business so I noticed things and rather do it myself Again, we’d stay here again but I’d bring my own sheets. I usually do, just rushed during packing. Condo was perfect for us and price was very reasonable!

I’ll summarize our stay as best possible. Upon arrival the unit was not clean. The furniture was dirty and they used a greasy cleaner that made everything oily. Weird! Blinds in all rooms did not work, were broken or held together with tape. Beds were broken and held up with rocks/blocks. We only knew this bc we dropped something on the floor and when we bent down we saw it under the bed. Box springs did not have sheets. Dishwasher was not attached to countertop and fell out when we opened it. Cabinet door fell off and hit my family members foot. Utility room door was covered in dust and mold as well as all air vents. The places sleeps 12 and only had enough cushion seating for 4. Rooms did not have dressers for clothes, only nightstands. Freezer was broken and iced over. There were two old dirty mops in a closet. The list goes on and on. We reached out to the property management and played email tag. The management on site was mortified and said the hoa is fed up with this unit. I will be reaching out again for a full refund. We had 60+ family’s members staying at coral reef, sterling beach and summerhouse who had no issues with their room. I’m saying that because this is an honest review and wouldn’t have had to write this if it wasn’t so unbelievably.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage, which worked great for our group of 10. The views were gorgeous. The balcony had plenty of space. It just needed an additional table and chairs set on the side balcony because it had the best breezes!! The pools were nice and clean. The grounds were kept nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful at Coral Reef. The location of the property was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

There is a Winn Dixie just a few miles away that had everything we needed, including a spirits store attached. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning next year!

We love the location, two pools, no wait elevators, and parking on the grounds. Unit 501 was absolutely perfect and we have already booked for next summer. The only negative I have is the dryer did not work , we reported it on day 1 and still had no dryer on the day we left. The host did send over extra towels and washcloths for our use during the rest of the stay. Great views, great location. Kids enjoyed it

Overall, this condo was amazing! We loved the Layout, the view of the beach, the beds and really everything about it! We did have an issue with Wi-Fi but honestly, we were on vacation and were 100% ok with not having Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer gave us some issues but nothing we couldn’t figure out how to get past. Provided kitchen appliances and kitchen ware were plenty and did the job! Pools were always clean (did not have a sandy bottom like we’ve seen in the past) and not very overcrowded. Our older kids could swim and we had a perfect view of them. We really had a great time and anytime we are in PCB with the amount of people we had, we will definitely rent this condo again! I typically stay at the same resort every year. This year I needed a larger unit for my in laws and parents.It was nice they offered an early check in for additional cost. Other places we’ve stayed didn’t cost extra- they just text when the cleaning was done. I was a little nervous when we first walked in due to crumbs of food still being on the table and the floor filthy but after we cleaned up and settled in, we loved it. A few minor things such as the toilets not flushing properly, the bathtub being clogged- so when you took a shower, it wouldn’t drain- you’d have a full bath by the time you finished showering, one of the drawers were taken off, the closet door was broken and several cracked glass cups in the cabinet. Im glad we brought our own plates, cups, paper towels and plastic forks/spoons and toilet paper. The view was amazing from the extremely spacious balcony. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The resort itself was great. They need a new cleaning person for sure but everything else was great. There are key fobs to get to the pools and beach which is a little annoying to have to keep up with posed to entering a number. The elevators were great too.

We have always loved staying at this property. We had several things fall short this year. We were given 2 bracelets (which were required for entry EVERYWHERE other than our room). We had 8 people in our party. The lady at the front office was rude, short and refused to give us anymore stating that ECDI would have to authorize her to give us more. Upon 3 different notifications to them, i never received eesponse nor bracelets. We did the best we could though amd enjoyed the beach greatly. The room was nice but not completely updated. Oh, and we were charged 80 for parking passes on top of the parking fee included in our bill. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

While overall the condo was nice I highly recommend booking direct with Coral Reef as Emerald Coast is the problem.During our stay a hurricane developed in the Gulf and PCB was in the projected path. While up until this point PCB was not in a mandatory evacuation (which would trigger a refund) they were in a state of emergency. We decided to evacuate on Wednesday morning and not even an hour or so after being on the road Emerald Coast called to see if they could prep the condo for the storm which would mean turning off the water. Up until that point we had not discussed leaving early with Emerald Coast. Emerald Coast had determined at that point there was enough risk at the condo to prep it but not issue a refund. While at the same time Coral Reef issued the following statement “Due to severe weather beginning tomorrow, Thursday September 26th, Office, Pools and lobby will close by the end of day today. We hope to reopen Friday morning weather depending.Please note for anyone staying for the storm, Fire alarms may go off and staff nor emergency personnel will be able to respond and elevators may be out of service for an extended amount of time.If your stay was booked through Coral Reef and decide to evacuate, please see the office for refunds.Please stay weather aware and stay safe!” Despite all of this Emerald Coast refused to offer any sort of compensation.Coral Reef is an excellent complex but do not book with Emerald Coast as they do not put customer well being first.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. Great location. The property management just never seemed very helpful. Not very cheerful either. On top of that the walkway from the beach was damaged and my son was hurt and had to go to the emergency room. Cut the bottom of his big toe, had to be glued back together. Ruined his last 3 days on the beach. Property management told us they would follow up after the incident but never heard from anyone. We did notice them fixing the walkway.

Great location! Not a big building which is perfect to avoid crowds and elevator is always available. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There were dried contacts stuck to one of the nightstands. None of wear contacts so I knew it wasn’t from us. In the bathroom, there was toothpaste plaster from previous guest on the faucet. I always check the beds and there 2 hairs of different styles on the sheets and pillows cases smelled musty. I would definitely recommend this place but just hope the cleaning staff steps it up. Before I leave a place, I strip the beds. I know crews are in a rush but I’d rather not pay a fee and clean it myself. Lol I have a cleaning business so I noticed things and rather do it myself Again, we’d stay here again but I’d bring my own sheets. I usually do, just rushed during packing. Condo was perfect for us and price was very reasonable!

I always check the beds and there 2 hairs of different styles on the sheets and pillows cases smelled musty. I would definitely recommend this place but just hope the cleaning staff steps it up. Before I leave a place, I strip the beds. I know crews are in a rush but I’d rather not pay a fee and clean it myself. Lol I have a cleaning business so I noticed things and rather do it myself Again, we’d stay here again but I’d bring my own sheets. I usually do, just rushed during packing. Condo was perfect for us and price was very reasonable!

Coral Reef is a nice place! The staff worked hard daily to keep the grounds very nice. I loved the location of the condo on the second floor. It was perfect for watching your family at the pool or on the beach! The guy that rents the chairs and umbrellas at the beach takes great pride in each person. Moving our umbrella around multiple times to keep the area shaded for the little ones. The condo is close to the stairs so it was quick to get up and down and if we used the elevator was also quick. Was nice that they provided luggage carts to and from the rooms. The condo itself was clean and the beds were nice. You can also ride the banana boat and parasail there on the beech and is right there which is nice. We rented a pontoon one day from st Andrew’s and was a quick drive to get there. Grocery store probably 7 minutes down the road. I will definitely look here at this specific condo if come back due to location.

The condo was somewhat clean. One of the bedrooms was extremely hot. The showers were dirty and when we arrived there was a leak coming from the ac unit that was flooding the kitchen. The kitchen was not well stocked with pots and pans/ utensils. One of the shower doors was falling off the track and could have fallen off. We did not like having to walk to throw trash away and this was not mentioned until we arrived. The leak to the ac was handled pretty quickly and they brought us extra towels and sheets for the trouble.

The condo was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. We’ve been coming to PCB for 13 years. This one is definitely one to remember and to return to. The property is very clean and well taken care of. It’s not overly crowded. It’s in a great spot away from all the hustle of downtown. We enjoyed it being close to the state park and the marina as we spend a lot of time there. The only complaints for the condo itself are the mattress in the master bedroom is pretty worn out. But it’s very hard to please everyone with a mattress these days. So that one is debatable. The other complaint is the shower in the front bathroom nearest to the door just barely has a trickle of water. The master shower has two rain heads that flow great. We enjoyed sitting watching the dolphins playing from the balcony in the gulf. We enjoyed easy access to the parking lot from the second floor. The security staff was very friendly and very helpful as we had someone with us with disabilities that did require a little “extra help!” Huge shout out to the maintenance guy that works with the swimming pools. He has a routine down that works flawlessly. You would never be able to tell that these are public pools. We cannot wait to book this condo again.

Location,view, and space itself were all good. Beach access worked great, very short wait for elevators, and provided lots of beach gear for kids.Could have been a little cleaner. Had several maintenance issues including a shower door falling down while giving a toddler a shower. Alerted property management about issues and they responded quickly.
