Best Western Battlefield Inn-Manassas

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, el lugar súper amplio, las camas súper cómodas y un lugar donde me volvería a hospedar las veces que visite Virginia

Realmente fue una reserva de último momento, la habitación que me dieron muy limpia y espaciosa, lo único que el aire estaba arruinado y hacía un calor terrible, pero la chica de recepción muy amablemente nos cambió de habitación, y de ahí todo perfecto el aire helaba más que en el cuarto anterior aunq si creo que necesitan mejorar los aires acondicionados. El desayuno con alimentos variados.

La atención es buena pero las camas son pequeñas

The building is old with obvious cracks. The doors were meant to close shut with a simple push - it did not. The toilet was not flushing. The AC was very noisy. Breakfast offers were very limited and not attractive Judging by the presence of the people, this hotels seemed invaded with the section 8 population. On male staff was pleasant over the phone. Another female staff was pleasant at checkout. In between, the elderly man at the desk did not show much compassion. When I reported broken toilet/not flushing on the first night, his immediate response was that it should have been reported when housekeeping staff were available! WTH! Who saw the future to know that the toilet would malfunction after staff closed for the day. After insisting, he offered another room. There no no help with moving rooms. No apologies. No compassion. No understanding. I am neither coming back here, nor recommending this dilapidated hotel to anyone.

The stay, ok, the room mostly clean, breakfast was good everything hot and clean the area. The bad not to much lights in the parking
