DRY THE FLOOR AFTER SHOWER — THE FLOOR MUST BE DRY AFTER SHOWER. 🍳 COMMON AREAS & KITCHEN RULES — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ✅ WASH IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE Always wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans immediately after use and return them to their designated spots, so other guests can also use them. ⚠️ FOOD STORAGE IS VERY IMPORTANT ALL FOOD IN THE FRIDGE MUST BE STORED IN CONTAINERS CLEARLY LABELED WITH YOUR BED OR ROOM NUMBER. For hygiene reasons, any food left outside a container or without a label/expiration date will be considered a leftover and thrown in the trash. 👉 Please donate or throw in the trash any leftovers before your checkout. 🗑️ TRASH DISPOSAL When bins are full, tie the bag and place it in the outdoor bins to prevent pests — especially important in hot weather. 👕 LAUNDRY DRYING TIPS Hang your clothes on the rooftop terrace, where there is a designated area for drying clothes. Please do not place clothes on top of walls, chairs, or hang them around the house, to avoid damaging the paint or other surfaces. 🕚 CURFEW (AFTER 11:00 PM) After 11:00 PM it’s forbidden to use the kitchen or make any kind of loud activity in the common areas. Please respect the rest of the guests and the neighbors, and remember that this place is to chill, rest, and have a good sleep. 🚭 SMOKING POLICY Strictly no smoking indoors. Use the designated garden area only. 🌊 WETSUIT CLEANING Do not rinse wetsuits in the bathroom. Please use the outdoor shower and hang them on the drying racks. 🕚 CHECKOUT RULES Checkout can be maximum at 11:00 AM. If you need a late checkout or a shower after surf, message us in advance — it's subject to availability. 🔐 KEY BOX CODE: 0011 The key box is located at the entrance. After retrieving the key, use it to open the main door — there are two doors, so if one doesn’t open, try the other. 👉 IMPORTANT: Please return the key to the lockbox after entering the house so it’s available for the next guest. 🏠 ROOM INFO As soon as you enter the Villa, you will find a check-in board with the different names and bed numbers. Please pay attention to the name assigned to your bed.
