Hotel is getting stucco redone outside, but nice and clean inside. Room was nice. Breakfast hot trays had cold food in them. Not from sitting but weren't clearly never warmed correctly. Nice place, when outside construction done, other than breakfast attendendent dropped the ball.

Room was clean. Beds and pillows hard and uncomfortable. Ac/heater made a constant loud noise that kept us fromsleeping well. Motion light in room SUCKS kept turning on all night and waking us up. Hall, elevator, pool/hottub and breakfast area was dirty and dingy/dated looking. Elevator smelled of burning belt which was scary. No parlking available. For $30 more a night should have stayed Hyatt.

This hotel is right off the freeway so is very convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and the continental breakfast was pretty good. The outside was being repainted and the plastic covering the windows was torn and noisy in the wind. The room inside was fairly clean, but old and the bathroom looked like an amateur had painted it. The bed and pillows were nice.

Don't get me wrong, for the price it was. . . okay. The sheets had rips and stains on them. The bathroom wasn't super clean. The door handle in our bathroom looked like someone had gotten locked in and had to use a hammer to the doorknob to get out. Next time I think it will be worth the extra $74 to stay somewhere else.

The room was dirty. The sheets smell or perhaps it was the mattress - the first night the room was not cleaned or bedding changed. and asked if the room be clean the next door. At the end of the day when we came back to the room again it had not been touched and the room smelled. We decided to check out and go get the room at someplace that was clean and didn’t stink. Didn’t even ask for a refund for the last day because our emotions just wanted us to get out of there. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

I couldn’t get a good rest. A large flock of birds in the tree outside my window woke me at 5:30 am. I moved to the other side of the building and immediately moved again because the windows are cheap and have little sound insulation and the din of the freeway was intolerable. The last room’s bedding smelled strongly of vinegar and I couldn’t get to sleep for hours. Finally, the shower has a knob that turns on the water and adjusts the temperature but there’s no way to reduce the water pressure and the shower head blasted the water into stinging needles. I thought it might draw blood. Awful stay, never again.

The refrigerator never worked. The Wi-Fi and or TV didn’t work for three days straight. The shower curtain rod was not level. Therefore the shower curtain cannot be closed to keep water from going all over the floor. Absolutely hated the motion, sensing lights in the bathroom area.

For $131 and $142 a night I would have liked to have four towels in total for two adults. Also the tub spicket was leaking. And there's a lot of scratches on the furniture. And if there wasn't scratches there was a lot of fading. The refrigerator wasn't very cold either. Room is also pretty small.

It took approx 15 min before a little girl came out of the back room to check me in. I could hear someone in the back being very loud, this was at 10 PM. I also noted others having the same issues. Room was OK, as was breakfast.

When we checked in, the lady was rude and didn’t give us any info and when we asked for a different room because the upstairs was jumping on the ceiling she told us that she had no other room and to “just deal with it”. Very disappointed in the hotel

Excellent service from the gentleman at the front check in desk. We were able to check in an hour early which helped with our family plans for the day. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the 10:00pm closing time. We enjoyed a nice hot breakfast the next morning with a variety to choose from. The only negative is the housekeeping staff was a little rude when I mistakenly thought check out was at noon instead of 11:00. I apologized but we were given dirty looks by both housekeepers as we quickly gathered our belongings and left at 11:10. It was disappointing to leave on a sour note but we will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

I reserved a handicap accessible room. I was not put in one. I went back to front desk and changed rooms. The next room was ADA but the bathroom pocket door would not open or close. Walls and floors were filthy. There was a 17 year old girl working the front desk who was pleasant but was the only person on staff at the entire facility!! Manager would not answer her calls but would text her. I had travelled all day and was exhausted. I was not able to stay there. I had to sleep on a couch and find a property the following day. I would remove this property from Expedia

Property is older but well maintained. Staff are friendly. A small mall is connected that has food & other resource options including a grocery store which is quite handy. Gas is also close by and this property is right off the freeway. Great place to rest if traveling by car.

Easy access to the freeway, a large Smith's grocery store and about 5 good dining options in the shopping center next to the hotel. Always quiet, comfortable and clean. I stay here about once a month because it is a great option.

I had a surgery scheduled and the comfort Inn was close by and as usual, the right price Beds are comfy and even though it is close to the freeway, you don't really hear it that much. But its location is close to SLC and restaurants and local stores and other destinations, A good place to stay...

Friendly reception experience. Clean, comfortable room, furnishings, bed, linens and towels. Electric plug at desk gave insufficient amperage to operate my Dell laptop. Poor sound attenuation in my 1st floor accessible room from the room above. Sketchy breakfast: instant coffee machine, no milk for it or the dry cereals, hot options were just warm, the rest ordinary.

Breakfast left a little to be desired orange juice was terrible. Milk was terrible. No fresh fruit second day. They had yogurt, but it was gross cause it looked like it had been frozen and it was past the expiration date.

Hotel is getting stucco redone outside, but nice and clean inside. Room was nice. Breakfast hot trays had cold food in them. Not from sitting but weren't clearly never warmed correctly. Nice place, when outside construction done, other than breakfast attendendent dropped the ball.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff professional, the bed and shower cozy. My only complaint is that the room could use some maintenance—there were a couple of rips in the gauzy layer of curtains, a dent in the wall, a burnt out bathroom light bulb. All fixable, and I was fine regardless.

It’s consistent and you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Hot tub and pool area nice. Breakfast good: omelets, sausage, gravy, bread, yogurt, oatmeal, lots of coffee.

You get what you pay for. I paid for fairly cheap and that’s what I got and I was okay with it. Breakfast is subpar and made in a store room closet with a microwave, water heater and pipes around it and storage. But I paid for this so whatever.

Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options. Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. We were very happy with the food options and grocery store. The bathtub needsa bath mat, it was a bit slippery.

We had two rooms and stayed one night. It was clean but not well maintained. The curtains were torn the sheers had several rips in them and there appeared to be paint on the side of one of the dressers that had not been repaired. The bathroom was clean. The towels were in good condition. And everything worked.

The room had an odor, when we opened the window for ventilation we had wasp in the room. The decor was outdated. The staff was helpful.

Staff was very nice. We needed to check in early and they were able to accommodate us about a half hour after we asked. That was very helpful and appreciated. The hotel was clean, even our room was clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep well. There were no weird smells in the hotel, which was refreshing and reassuring that the hotel was clean. My husband was able to use the pool and jacuzzi and he loved it! We also had a tub/shower combo in our room, which my husband also used to take a bath and loved it! The complimentary continental breakfast was yummy and had a nice variety of hot and cold food options. I especially loved the waffles! This hotel basically shares parking with Smith's Grocery Store and other popular restaurants (i.e. Black Bear Diner, McDonald's, Zao's, Jersey Mikes, MOD Pizza, etc.) that you can walk to safely and easily. There's even a Great Clips, which my husband walked to for a haircut. We would stay here again.

Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was fine. Only 1 waffle iron, so if that’s what you want and you’re in a hurry, forget it. We really were hoping for some fresh fruit. Property is literally right next to the freeway, so traffic is heard all night.

Good value for a family traveling on a budget. But the property is tired. Pay Washer/Dryer needs to b replaced. Pool/hotub medium clean & very noisy. Breakfast packed full of kids. The woman at the front desk was GREAT! Wish I could remember her name! I think the day we stayed was Aug 3rd. Lots of nearby dining options…the Fusian place was an easy walk and excellent.
