The apartment is located on the ground floor, with four steps up to the front door; otherwise, it is on the same level and has solid wood parquet as well as tiles. Next to the front door is a guest toilet, and next to it is a bedroom with a bed, wardrobe, and shelf. Through a hallway with a coat rack and mirror, you enter the living-dining room, which includes a television, stereo system, and a cozy seating area, along with shelves filled with books and a collection of games. In the same room is the dining area with a table and four chairs, as well as the kitchenette featuring a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery. Through the terrace door with a large window, you access the enclosed terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. Next to the living room is the bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and a wardrobe. From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, mirror cabinet, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
