The room itself was nicely renovated and clean. From the parking lot, however, you wonder about the facility - the garbage can was overflowing, debris where you park, and also the keypad you press to get into the elevators/rooms broke - one of the numbers fell off. Once we put it back on, it was ok.

Well... when my aunt & I first arrived the toilet wouldnt flush properly & the sink was leaking quite badly. We had a puddle from it leaking. We let the front desk know, they did nothing. The jetted tub in our room was disgusting and once again I had no help from the staff. Finally, we got back to our room late friday night to zero parking spots and multiply cars with no parking pass. We told front desk and he told us to park in a creepy spot down the street. He also made another group of women park there. It was ridiculous how little help the front desk was. We also never saw housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and they gave us 1 roll of TP.

This is a great place to stay at and is definitely our place to stay at when visiting Seattle. The front desk staff is ver nice and welcoming and takes care of your needs. It’s safe and quiet and has many dining options and has free parking. Will be back again for sure :)

The first room had such a strong odor of cleaner, it was not acceptable. The second room was better, but the odor of the cleaner lingered in the hallway. The people cleaning the rooms are using way too much. Even if they use less, the odor is still objectionable. It is not a real breakfast but rather breakfast snacks that you must order the night before.

Beds were uncomfortable. When we walked in it was pitch black. The heater did not work at all. There was a red streak on the 2nd bed. What looks to be food on the ceiling. And clumps of hair in the bed…. At least it was a place to lay our heads

I would not stay here again. There was black mold in the bathroom which was my biggest concern. It was clean otherwise, just old. My favorite thing about the hotel is it had duvet covers that they wash more than hotels with bedspreads I hope. The sheets, pillows and duvet were nice enough. My other complaint would be there was no cleaning of the rooms. I think they took dirty wash cloths one day but didn’t replace them. They didn’t empty the trash. There was only one ice machine for the entire place.

I've booked rooms here previously for my husband's short visits but this is the first time I stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the price and how clean it was. The room had two beds, the one I slept in was comfortable, the bedding was clean and no holes. Even though the motel is older and not in a super nice area it was really well maintained and clean.

I have come to have low expectations when getting low priced hotel rooms, and normally i can deal with it. But upon doing my bedbug inspection, i was absolutely mortified to see that the mattress looked like several crimes had been comitted on it! I didnt find bed bugs thank god! But if the mattress had had a bed bug sealed cover on it pike the box spring did, id not be giving this review! The front desk clerk was so busy and friendly, i chose not to bother him, i saw a cheap vinyl mattress cover at fred meyer diwn the street and chose to put that extra layer between my body and the mattress for my peace of mind. It worked, and i give big kudos to the quietness of the property. I slept like a log, and I woke up without any bites! Or any signs of bugs at all. My other big complaint is the shower wasnt very clean, but i travel with shower shoes thank god! To me a hotel is 100% a place to sleep and shower, and considering the price and friendliness of the desk clerk, i feel guilty for rating so low, but im being honest so others are aware!

As usual it was a great stay. The place is always super clean and especially the rooms. James at the front desk is always super helpful. I really enjoy my time here. And just because its on aurora it shouldnt deter u, because these guys dont allow riff raff in. Highly recommended.

On the plus side it was quiet and clean. I wasn’t expecting much based on the cost, but I still wouldn’t stay here again in the same scenario (a minimal cost spot to sleep near Seattle).

Great stay. Clean, very quiet. Check early was no problem. Night manager was also a pleasure to talk with. Staff was very good. Just a great experience. I offered to pay $100.00 dollar deposit in cash so there wouldn't be a 3 day hold on my card, however that wasnt good enough for management. So now im short $100.00 dollars on a 2 day trip. I hope i have enough gas to make it 600 miles. That's my only complaint. Why charge my card for $100.00 dollars if its not needed. A $1 dollar charge is industry standard. My advice is PAY CASH. Then pick it up when you leave

I enjoyed the stay, staff was great except for one man that served me on the last day, he was very abrassive and not so friendly. Sadly I did not get their names, the lady was great, Asian guy was great too, the other guy (possibly in his 40s) wasn't as great.

It was not what was portrayed in the booking. There was a prostitute there waiting for business. The door looked as if it had been broke in to and “fixed”. The windows were unlocked which was weird. The head board of the bed was a cork board…signs on the toilets…on and on

It's not in the best part of town so many (street walkers). And the room toilet flushed backwards lol light had duck tape bla bla bed cover( not bed sheets) had so many stains 😂, it was a place to sleep and they look lime they are doing work, could be worse

It's not in the best part of town so many (street walkers). And the room toilet flushed backwards lol light had duck tape bla bla bed cover( not bed sheets) had so many stains 😂, it was a place to sleep and they look lime they are doing work, could be worse

Staying at the Americas INN at Shoreline Washington is close by the places I visited, like Bruce and Brandon Lee's Grave, Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the bike trails: Interurban trail and Burke-Gilman trail. Also, not far if a drive to Bellevue and Bothell. Not too far to Costco, Safeway, Walgreens as well. As far as my room goes, it's pretty clean, except for some bugs lingering in the shower. Just need a place to sleep and shower without breaking the bank. Americas INN fits the bill.

Super nice guy checking us in. Kind of a run down, skanky neighborhood with not much within walking distance. Room was a disapointment but the bed was comfortable.

I picked this location because it was the inexpensive compared to anything in downtown Seattle. I just needed a place to lay my head after a concert at El Corazon, not wanting to drive back to British Columbia the same night. The room was spacious - couch and television, plus fridge, etc. I could tell they were behind in their deep cleaning of the bathrooms, or, had given up trying to remove the DEEP stains and grime. Either way, didn't bother me but may bother others. I still give it 5 out of 5 thumbs up, based on price. The parking lot was safe -- it is gated. I didn't know why it needed to be gated until the next morning when I drove down a wrong street and found this was a rough area. But, again, I had no idea about that from staying at this place. It's hard to find anywhere worth staying for this price point anymore. Would recommend for almost any situation.
