There were lots of long hairs strewn all over my room. I found them in the bathroom, on my sheets and blanket. I have very short hair, so it was either from the cleaning staff or the previous guest. The bathroom also smelled very musty. The ice machine was broken on my floor, so I had to go down to the lobby to get ice. The front desk staff greeted me when I checked in, but never said a word to me all the other times that I came and went. The mattress was also very hard. The hotel was very convenient to the highway and had gas stations and food options nearby.

I needed a lady minute overnight stay. My other hotel canceled last minute. I booked and was very happy. The room was clean and so was the bathroom and shower. It didn't smell or anything. The door locks worked and all that. But of ciurse the ice machines were out of order on 2 floors and you could obit get ice on the first floor. Which was fine as it is next to the elevator.i like that breakfast is offered. But pieece of advice, don't come later than 7:45 or everything will be gone. For breakfast: you can make fresh waffle, take prebaked egg, ham patties i think, 2 types of cereal with milk, yogurt Activia ( 3 or 4 flavors), have a bagel or bread toasted Get creamcheese, butter, peqnut butter or jam with your bagel or bread Coffee or tea Milk or 3 flavors of creamer Different choices of sugar I did think that since this is in the middle of Wisconsin that they would also have a bunch of different cheese offered but there was none. Not complaining, just thought they would. So overall my stay was great

Carpets very dirty. Needs new bathroom fixtures and painting. Lots of water stains on cieling, elevator needs work fans in pool area are very loud. No towels in pool room. Hot tub not working. Could do better.

Our room was frigid when we got checked in and then a sauna after we turned on the heater- it ran non stop. The room also smelled like wet dog/mildew. Bedding was tattered and pillows were lumpy. Worked for a place to sleep, but wouldn't highly recommend.

This hotel was filthy and smelled. Dead bugs everywhere…. Some live ones too. I accidentally dropped my glasses on the hotel room floor and when I picked them up, they were covered in dust and lint. The entire hotel was filthy. I wouldn't recommend.

The property needs some updating/cleaning The lobby walls look dirty and the hallways smell. The rooms are okay. They give you four small pillows on the bed, smaller then standard size pillows. We had to go buy a couple of pillows to use.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean it is very outdated I feel the only modern and newer thing is the flatscreen TV. It would definitely benefit from new bedding and maybe new chairs in the room as our room had stains on the bed blanket and chairs. The only problem we had with the property is the room had a foul odor. A mixture between old building and old cigarette smoke unsure of what this hotel used to be. Another thing was there was no bathroom door so if you are traveling with a group check and make sure the room you are staying in has a bathroom door.

On the website it says "Queen Bed" They gave me the Double Bed" not the Queen I paid for. I questioned it to the guy at the reception desk. He told me it is a "Queen Bed" I told him it's too small for a Queen Bed. It was a Double bed. I paid for Queen Bed.

We stayed one night after a family wedding. We were giving early check in enabling us to get into our room 2 hours early to rest before the celebration. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient. Room was clean, quiet at night, and smelled fresh after running the air for a few minutes. Good place fir a stop along the route to somewhere.

Where to start we have stayed there before and they have a sign saying no dogs in lobby and in breakfast room so we left my server dog in the call as we checked in.. I In formed them I have a service dog and he looks over the counter and rudely sad where is it? I said in my car as I pointed to the sign and then he go again rudely said what do you need a service dog for? And even tho I do not need to explain my health problems. I told him because I was tired and wanted to go to bed.. and he goes then he needs to be with you at all times I said yes I know we just want to sleep and then we are leaving and he replies back you can not leave him alone he has to stay with you all times I said YES I KNOW I JUST WANT TO SLEEP AND THEN WE ARE LEAVING.. just to end him being rude I said just charge me for my service dog so I can go to bed

Was made to change rooms after we had already unpacked our belongings. Both rooms the bathroom light was burnt out. After we checked out I was changed twice on the card that I was made to leave for incidentals. We didn’t use anything and left the room in good shape, putting wet and used towels in the shower. I will Never use this hotel again. We have stayed there many times before never again!

We stayed one night after a family wedding. We were giving early check in enabling us to get into our room 2 hours early to rest before the celebration. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient. Room was clean, quiet at night, and smelled fresh after running the air for a few minutes. Good place fir a stop along the route to somewhere.

Easy to get to but next to off ramp and truck stop. Very noisy. Not clean at all stain sheets and bed. Floors were terrible and stunk.

There were lots of long hairs strewn all over my room. I found them in the bathroom, on my sheets and blanket. I have very short hair, so it was either from the cleaning staff or the previous guest. The bathroom also smelled very musty. The ice machine was broken on my floor, so I had to go down to the lobby to get ice. The front desk staff greeted me when I checked in, but never said a word to me all the other times that I came and went. The mattress was also very hard. The hotel was very convenient to the highway and had gas stations and food options nearby.

Bathroom floor could be cleaner. Blankets were very worn, towel bar finish was worn. The room smelled bed but was okay after we aired it out. Heater didn’t heat room evenly. Pillows were awful. There was garbage on the bedside table in my son’s room. The hot tub was broken and had been drained. The breakfast buffet was sad and ran out of food before the breakfast period ended. However the towels were fluffy and nice, and the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly!

Was a cute little hotel. The only negative thing was there was absolutely nothing out at breakfast time except for one bagel and it was incredibly soggy, like it had been in water. I don't expect a lot for hotel breakfasts, but nice to have SOMETHING.

We stayed 3 nights to go to a music festival near by. It is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy. But the rooms were clean and staff was nice. Not much for breakfast options . But we had a coffee maker microwave and mini fridge in the room.

I needed a lady minute overnight stay. My other hotel canceled last minute. I booked and was very happy. The room was clean and so was the bathroom and shower. It didn't smell or anything. The door locks worked and all that. But of ciurse the ice machines were out of order on 2 floors and you could obit get ice on the first floor. Which was fine as it is next to the elevator.i like that breakfast is offered. But pieece of advice, don't come later than 7:45 or everything will be gone. For breakfast: you can make fresh waffle, take prebaked egg, ham patties i think, 2 types of cereal with milk, yogurt Activia ( 3 or 4 flavors), have a bagel or bread toasted Get creamcheese, butter, peqnut butter or jam with your bagel or bread Coffee or tea Milk or 3 flavors of creamer Different choices of sugar I did think that since this is in the middle of Wisconsin that they would also have a bunch of different cheese offered but there was none. Not complaining, just thought they would. So overall my stay was great

We were in the remodeled part,and it was very nice. I was disappointed the hot tub wasn't working, but the pool was good. Breakfast was tasty.

The pool in this place in my experience has been out since February 2026 it is now June 20, the owner is too cheap to get it fixed. The rooms are being remodeled and the one we were in the TV did not work and the second room we had the refrigerator didn't work, there is still duct tape on the shower fixtures, this remodel has been going for the last six months. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! also in the stairway there is an out without a cover, someone will get e electrocuted, again this place is rough at best

Staff very helpful. Property under renovation. They only make up the room ""every three days" but they did not make up our room on the third day which was a Sunday. Because of the renovation, there was lots of carpet and construction materials in the hallways and stairs which we had to negotiate as we came and left. Nobody told us ahead of time that this renovation was going on.
