Overall a decent motel and would recommend, as it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a small refrigerator and microwave. All positive. However, travelers should be aware there is no elevator. As an older adult it would have been very difficult to get my things to the second floor using the stairs. Fortunately I had a young lady traveling with me that was able to help.

Nice room but there is no way to control the heat/ it’s either on or off- there was a control button but it didn’t turn the heat down Also/ no luggage carts and no elevator even though it’s a 2 level building.

Older property seems under renovation, had many headboards stacked along hallway walls outside rooms. Bathroom shower curtain bar was loose on both ends and sagging, was unable to close curtain fully resulting in water splashing onto floor. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, though, and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast bar was bare minimum with packaged food items and instant Nescafe from a dispenser.

The Sky Lodge Inn & Suites is a reasonably priced hotel within a short drive to Lake Geneva. There is an indoor pool, which looked inviting, although we didn't have time to use it. The Waterfront Restaurant is also a quick drive. This is definitely a good choice for an overnight if you don't want anything luxurious.

There was leftover pizza in the fridge that was t ours. There were spots all over the mirror. Thw lighting in the room where the jacuzzi tub was wasn’t bright enough the tv was mounted in a strange place. Had a hard time getting the microwave to turn on. People above us were walking around most the night making noise Don’t feel like we got what we paid for.

There was a dead roach in the bathroom, holes in towels, no one ever at the desk. I work at hotels and I understand this is a smaller property but still doesn’t mean service and cleanliness can lack. Will most likely go back due to convenience and inexpensiveness

Cheapest place to stay near lake Geneva and does the job but I feel like even for almost $200 a night it should be updated a bit. The water and shower smelled like sewer and there were stains on the bedding. Overall building is outdated but for one night did the job, everything else seemed clean.

Outside looked a little sketchy, old building with dated signs. There weren’t many cars when I checked in around 5:30 pm, but by 9, the parking lot was full. Inside had kind of an old smell but looked much better than the outside and was very clean. Room was as advertised. Tap water smelled a little eggy to me, but that might be a regional thing — I noticed at other buildings in public restrooms. Continental breakfast in the morning was adequate. The two-stars made me a little apprehensive, but once I got inside, I believed all of the excellent reviews. No, the building is not brand-new, but it’s well taken care of. And for the price, it’s a steal. Would stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise. My room was next to the stairs and I could hear thuds every time someone went up or down. It was very annoying. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Check-in was fine. There was nobody at the desk but came after we rang the bell. There's no elevator at this hotel so you have to take the steps to the second floor if that's your room is. The room was clean. However, the beds were a little lumpy and the pillows were Extremely hard and the pillowcases were pilly. usually you get shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and sample sizes but all we got was a small shampoo. Also, no Kleenex in the room it wasn't a big deal since we were just staying there after a wedding but for the price you pay you think that's the least you could get

Older motel but updated, very clean and pleasant helpful staff. Great price! Disappointed in beds though, need replacement, some rooms with apparent older sagging mattresses. Hopefully the owners will contine to make improvements!

The power went out because of a storm. No one was at the front desk when we returned to the hotel and power outage. They didn’t have a generator, safety lights to even see our way to our room. No water, so couldn’t shower, use the toilet or brush our teeth. No bottle water offer. No one in the morning after 5 hrs of being there trying to sleep without air. Refused to refund me money.

Good size clean rooms! Quiet area. Staff is very friendly. There is not a guest laundry on sight but a pubic laundromat is within a block from hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel appears to have been remodeled, non smoking room clearly was a smoking room at one point because it still smells. Took front desk staff about 10 minutes to come to desk to check in. Completely over priced for the accommodations. Would not stay here again.

This hotel look like a motel. How could you ask to rate service there is no service no one is at the front desk after 11 pm. There is absolutely nothing in this hotel. How dare they charge over 350.00 this is a terrible hotel it has absolutely nothing to offer!

I stayed the whole Labor Day weekend with my mom & 2 kids and it was great! Room was clean hotel was clean. Everything is very close by vehicle. Walking distance I would say your best option is Dairy Queen. All in all great stay, I would come again! Very nice employees and super helpful during our stay. The Sky Lodge Inn & Suites is a reasonably priced hotel within a short drive to Lake Geneva. There is an indoor pool, which looked inviting, although we didn't have time to use it. The Waterfront Restaurant is also a quick drive. This is definitely a good choice for an overnight if you don't want anything luxurious.

Outside looked a little sketchy, old building with dated signs. There weren’t many cars when I checked in around 5:30 pm, but by 9, the parking lot was full. Inside had kind of an old smell but looked much better than the outside and was very clean. Room was as advertised. Tap water smelled a little eggy to me, but that might be a regional thing — I noticed at other buildings in public restrooms. Continental breakfast in the morning was adequate. The two-stars made me a little apprehensive, but once I got inside, I believed all of the excellent reviews. No, the building is not brand-new, but it’s well taken care of. And for the price, it’s a steal. Would stay again.

The towel I used was frayed and had a hole in it. There was a smell like air freshener that was just too much. It was clean, but definitely could use a bit more updating. For one night it was fine. Thought the breakfast would be more than a continental one.

Older property seems under renovation, had many headboards stacked along hallway walls outside rooms. Bathroom shower curtain bar was loose on both ends and sagging, was unable to close curtain fully resulting in water splashing onto floor. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, though, and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast bar was bare minimum with packaged food items and instant Nescafe from a dispenser.

Indoor lap pool, no common hot tub (although there are hot tub rooms I think), Continental breakfast, no common coffee available off hours (though the rooms have coffee bags). Parking available but not near entrances except handicapped. A good place if all you want is a bed, a shower, and a sweet roll or a bowl of cereal in the morning. Rooms show age but are kept clean. Front rooms face highway, but this isn't the Interstate. Good value for money. Dairy Queen within walking distance, gas station a few blocks away.
