Only one elevator worked. The room wasnt cleaned i had to spray everything down and clean it myself. Food stains on the floor, counters, and the window curtains. I also read others speak on tge toilets that continue to get clogged up and that was also true. Just a small amount of tissue clogged the toilet. The water pressure for the shower was terrible.

Shower did not get hot. Some showers I took were cold and some luke warm. I can’t say that the shower ever had hot water. In addition there was no water pressure. Shower curtain was filthy. Stains on the top comforter. Elevator did not work. Stairwells smelled of pet urine. Carpeting in the stairs was gross. Laquinta Inn brand is starting to not meet expectations anymore.

Very dirty room. Had to report bed linens and covers because they were so nasty. They definitely hadn’t been changed. Staff didn’t change them for us. Just brought them to us and said throw the dirty ones in the floor. Dirty floors, countertops, bathroom.

Location and exterior of property were great. Check in process was extremely fast. My room was really gross. There was dust, hair, trash left around the room. The room was damp/moist that all the towels remained wet at all times. They were wet when I arrived. The dampness caused a lot of rusting on objects (like lamps, faucets, etc). Large gap under the main door that made me rather uncomfortable. I don’t know if this was what all the rooms looked like or if I was given a gross room because I traveled with a pet. Either way, it was the worst La Quinta room experience I’ve had to date.

I was down there for a volunteer shift for the world games. We got finished early on one day and I checked in early with a fee of $40. When we got to our room our television did not work and the towels were not placed in there either. We called the front desk and they swapped rooms for us. The TV did work however the bed made a terrible noise anytime you moved. It sounded like a metal baking sheet being hit. The rooms were not clean and there were long black hairs everywhere in the room. It was okay night but definitely would not stay there again.

Don’t let the cleaned up pictures or renovations fool you, it’s still a run down old hotel. Hair left in the shower drain, barely half a roll of toilet paper, cheap beds/sheets. Staff was fine, but I wouldn’t come back.

Friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean. Main downfall was the walls are supper thin. You could hear everything in the hallways and in other rooms. Other than that it was a nice short stay!

It's conveniently located close to everything on 280. It is a bit behind some things but that helps with less road noise. I can see that its been renovated but the renovations look like some random dad completed them. The floors don't always go all the way to the walls. The caulking is very sloppy where they tried to seal things. The wall A/C unit had a sizable gap between it and the wall. I could see through it from across the room. The room was tidy, but not clean. The floors made my white socks black on the bottoms. There were rings on surfaces from cups, etc. The door doesn't meet the floor so you can hear everything in the hallway. I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear every door close, every person walking down the hallway, etc. Every time someone knocked on a door I walked to my door because it sounded like my door. I was alone so I didn't complain to anyone, I was able to stay the week without issue. Had I been with family, no way I would have stayed the week. Wifi was roughly 5MB. My ATT phone on 5G was getting 600MB so I just used the hotspot on my phone to work remotely. Cost was good, but if given a choice I would stay somewhere else. Front desk staff was friendly and quick.

The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The floors were bare, but dirty. No soap at the sink. No tissues. Few towels, wash rags, and hangers. The HVAC rattled all night and leaked water. The room was not worth the price.

First time I have ever had to pay a security deposit. They lied, they said it would be reimbursed at check out and then trying to check out I was told it would take 3-4 business days. Additionally, we had to change from our first room because both beds had nasty stains all over them as well as the bathroom. The second room wasn’t much better. Overall I would never recommend a stay at Laquita to absolutely anybody.

Really like a low class motel. Check in clerk was nearly impossible to understand. Looked like lots of folks lived there. A $100 damage deposit was charged which was not originally disclosed.

We’ve stayed at this property before. It was excellent then but not now. There were no bath towels in the room. I called the desk. He was busy setting up breakfast. He asked me to come get them. Mind you this was at 6am and I was in my pajamas. He eventually brought them. I know post COVID they don’t clean rooms daily, but they usually empty the trash. Not here. Will be in the area again in the fall but will NOT be staying here.

The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and at least had some type of Personality compared to some hotels I've been in. The hotel, however is one of the earlier models and is in serious need of an upgrade and renovation. The air conditioning thermostat in my room was broken, but to their credit I called downstairs and they sent me a maintenance person and we were able to something up so that I could still adjust the temperature in my room.

Called front desk with my cell because the phone in the room was not connected, The toilet was clogged and the water in the shower dripped. Maintenance came to unclog the toilet. The person on duty came to view the shower issue instructed on how to turn the shower on and when he did water hardly came out he said he will figure it out and left the room. A hour later we had to check out while at the front desk there was a new attendant and I told him the guy never came back to fix the shower the new attendant informed us the other guy had left for the days since he worked night shift. We couldn’t even take a shower and they were not willing to compensate for the inconvenience

Looks like the just paint over problem areas. Needs some actual repairs. But the area was safe. The breakfast was good. For everything they have nearby the area was not walkable, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Overall this location is very budget friendly. I was also impressed by the complimentary hot breakfast La Quinta provided. The property is in a quiet area conveniently located a short drive from places to visit, shop and eat. A trip to Walmart is commonplace on most vacations I've been on in my life. I was pleased to find out this property is 3 minutes away from a Walmart Supercenter. And if shopping is your thing, The Summit is also within a 3 minutes drive. There you will find name brand stores, restaurants and an AMC Movie Theater. I would suggest this to anyone visiting the area with a limited budget. I definitely plan to stay there again.

Overall this location is very budget friendly. I was also impressed by the complimentary hot breakfast La Quinta provided. It's conveniently located close to everything on 280. It is a bit behind some things but that helps with less road noise. I can see that its been renovated but the renovations look like some random dad completed them. The floors don't always go all the way to the walls. The caulking is very sloppy where they tried to seal things. The wall A/C unit had a sizable gap between it and the wall. I could see through it from across the room. The room was tidy, but not clean. The floors made my white socks black on the bottoms. There were rings on surfaces from cups, etc. The door doesn't meet the floor so you can hear everything in the hallway. I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear every door close, every person walking down the hallway, etc. Every time someone knocked on a door I walked to my door because it sounded like my door. I was alone so I didn't complain to anyone, I was able to stay the week without issue. Had I been with family, no way I would have stayed the week. Wifi was roughly 5MB. My ATT phone on 5G was getting 600MB so I just used the hotspot on my phone to work remotely. Cost was good, but if given a choice I would stay somewhere else. Front desk staff was friendly and quick.

The hotel check-in was easy and quick. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and well as an amazing staff. My overall stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. 👍👍

Basic room that was clean and was great for 1 or 2 nights. Room was fine not great but was clean and roomy. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel style with eggs / sausage / pancakes, assorted juices, yogurt, cereals and so on. It was hot, plentiful and area kept very clean.

Two nights and I’m being nice by giving two stars. Hotel smelled bad in hallways, room no better. Beds on squeaky metal springs that woke us up every time someone moved. Internet was gone stuck on “one tap login”, so TV wheel of death as well. Had to ask for towels. AC we had to constantly adjust and still woke up sweating. Just bad won’t stay here again. Typically have had good luck with La Quintas for soccer tournament weekends so disappointing.

When I booked this property I made the mistake of only looking at the provided photos and not reading reviews. This property smells bad and is not well kept. Broken A/C units, holes on walls, first room we got on first floor had trash on floor and toilet did not look clean. The lady at front desk was nice and showed me other rooms to better accommodate us, which we did move and it was a bit cleaner but just not to our standards. If I would have gotten the option of a refund I would have done that and left to find a different hotel. After this experience I will never stay in a La Quinta ever again.

This hotel is really run down. Was decently clean but not great. I wouldn’t stay again. Lots of construction workers staying there which is fine but I wouldn’t feel great staying by myself there.
