Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus Airport, OH

A notre arrivée à l’hôtel nous n’avons pas eu de chambre pour nous meme si réserve / confirme depuis 2 jours. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hébergement tard en soirée.

My reservation was canceled and the staff tried to sell me a lesser room for twice as much. I ended up going elsewhere. I'm told this is common with third party reservations so I will not be using this app again to try to reserve rooms. I was scrambling at 1am to find lodging after being told mine was canceled. Never again.

The hotel room was dirty. There were hairs all over the bathroom. There were more stains than I could count on the carpet, some very large. The tile in the bathroom was broken. There was a hole in the wall. The smoke detector had been pulled off the ceiling and was dangling by the wires. The lamp was broken. There was no WiFi. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. The tv remote did not work. The waffle makers at breakfast looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The paint and carpet in the halls was badly stained and damaged. The description said newly renovated, which had to be a joke. It was an awful experience. Find somewhere else to stay.

Room was very clean,and breakfast was nice

We arrived at the hotel after a very long drive only to find that the hotel canceled us out of our booking with no prior notice!!! We were completely stranded in Columbus ohio with no where to stay & no explanation from country inn & suites!!! Staff was rude & ignorant! Did not offer any kind of assistance whatsoever!
