Quality Inn & Suites Columbus West - Hilliard

We arrived to the room late, after an event. The toilet was plugged (wouldn't flush) When we told the office staff,, he said it would have to wait until morning. Our room microwave did not work. The lampshade was broken. We paid a lot of money to stay in a room with broken amenities.

The room was a little dirty and the shower was missing some parts. The breakfast was okay and the staff was helpful, but it just was a lower tier hotel experience as a whole

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. They are very friendly and everything is kept clean. We had a small tear in the fitted sheet and it was replaced :). The parking lot is well lit and clean. We had a very early appointment and did not eat the breakfast buffet but it smelled good.

It's good for crashing and getting back on the road again. Breakfast isn't that great. Don't expect the Hilton here. But it'll do. Best part there is a Waffle House next door

the sheets were stained. we asked for a change of sheets and they just ended up making the bed. There was no plate in the microwave. had to go ask for one. toilet seat had dried up piss on it so I ended up taking some soap and cleaning it off. Smelled like somebody smoked in the room prior to our stay. The room door even when closed completely didn't lock. you could pull it open. so make sure you check the door when it's closed to see if it pulls open. 20 different cars between this hotel, the motel next to it, and the courtyard had their windows busted out. Luckily ours didn't.
