Our room keys didn’t work, so was given another room for our stay. Front desk gentleman was very accommodating. Had 2 Queen beds and sleep very comfortably. Was glad we had a small refrigerator for our snacks and drinks. Enjoyed the pool for a nice swim after our dinner. There were even towels for drying off so you’re not having to bring you room towels down.

My stay there with my granddaughter was great. The only complaint I have is that when I took my granddaughter swimming the smell in the chemicals in the pool was overpowering. Me and my granddaughter spent approximately 30 minutes in the pool and both of our skin became very irritated, and we both ended up with burns on our legs and stomach.

Staff was okay but when we arrived we were told the elevator was broken. My sister and I are both handicapped. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the hotel could not switch us to a 1st floor room. We were in town for a funeral service that was starting soon and could not get another hotel T the time. After our 7 hour drive we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stair every time we had to leave the room. Not fun for us.

The room smelled moldy and there was chunky mildew on the shower head. The room was quiet, the fridge and tv worked well and the beds were okay, but not the most comfortable. We only stayed one night, but were able to sleep well. The breakfast spread was okay.

It was my first time to stay in comfort inn and it will be the last we had bed bugs in our rooms. Mentally it was exhausting had to make sure all my clothes are cleaned before getting in my house and my car had to be stay in the sun to make sure nothing in it . I will never think about staying there

Overall the stay was excellent. Hotel is near the interstate which is loud at times. Close to Polaris which is a plus. Friendly staff and hotel is very clean.

Check in was fine but once I got settled and ready for bed, it was awful. I checked the bed and noticed there was at least 3-4 bed mattress protectors and started to be suspicious. I looked for spots but didn't see any. I was lying on the bed and moved the pillows, and I saw BEDBUGS! I JUMPED UP! I was so shocked and grossed out, I couldn't believe it. I went to the front desk and told the night person. He acted like it was a normal occurrence and said, "There's nothing I can do as far as a refund for a few days". He was very nonchalant and unconcerned! He offered another room, but I said "No, I can't stay here". So, if you are considering staying here "DON'T". YOU DON'T WANT TO ENCOUNTER BEDBUGS!

I don't recommend! Poor management. At midnight we noticed the room was infested with bed bugs . Went to ask for another room. They wanted to put 4 people in a king size bed . Had to go back and forth for 40 mins until I could get another room. All rooms have horrible smell! We had family in other rooms with the same issue.

The room was amazing. We stayed in a king room. The bed was very comfortable! Amazingly clean. Front desk people were friendly and very accommodating! Traveling with my elderly parents and the staff was very helpful and asked if they could get my dad anything additional to eat as he is kinda picky!!! Great stay, will go back again!!! If you are looking for a warm, cozy, GREAT place to stay, do yourself a favor and stay here!!! Tell them a nice lady from PA told you to stop! Enjoy your stay!!!

Recently stayed for the weekend, and ended up wishing we paid a little more for something else in the area. Stains in the room including on the curtains. Our first room had no working heat when we got there (25 degrees outside, 55 degrees inside the room). We eventually had to switch rooms after unpacking. During our two-day stay the rooms keys stopped working twice. At breakfast, their normal coffee machine was broken and the temporary large pot they had out was empty. Either the apple juice or orange juice would be empty depending on the day. Really stale/hard biscuits. It was a somewhat quiet location to sleep and close to the highway, only 15 minutes to downtown. The staff was really pleasant.

Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet even though located near a major highway, walking distance to multiple restaurants, convenience to everything you would need during a trip, but the best part is the Employees! Very caring, attentive, listening, and Very accommodating!! Ms. Zara was FABulous in scoring me a refund when we both thought it wasn’t possible!! Definitely a place worth staying at!!

We were assisting with besties daughter's wedding and spent two nights. Everything was great whole time. My hubby accidentally left wedding band on sink while packing up. We called 30 min after checking out and front desk person found the ring and called us right back. Bestie was at a different location but still in town picked it up for us. Desk person confirmed her identity before giving it to her. That's great customer service!

I have never written a review on here and have booked many rooms/ vacations. This hotel was filthy from top to bottom, the sheets and towels were "clean" but yellow and the furniture was beat up. The carpet in the room and all public areas was filthy.

This hotel is in a great location and super convenient! Many restaurants and shopping are right around the corner. Hotel is off the main path of traffic, so it is quiet. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again the next time I’m in the area.

The front desk guy was great. Nice clean building and my room was great. Now the complimentary breakfast was the best! Great variety of items to select. Great hospitality from the lady in the breakfast area that is employed. I wish i got her name

Was in town for Ohio State football game, we stayed here two years ago and nothing has changed, still the great cleanliness, great staff, house keeping is a plus, breakfast was delicious as well 👍 5 pluses from me

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not that great. I wish they would’ve had potatoes and the eggs are pretty bad. The gym was small and the elevator was creaky, but the pool was nice overall it was fine.

Recently stayed for the weekend, and ended up wishing we paid a little more for something else in the area. Stains in the room including on the curtains. Our first room had no working heat when we got there (25 degrees outside, 55 degrees inside the room). We eventually had to switch rooms after unpacking. During our two-day stay the rooms keys stopped working twice. At breakfast, their normal coffee machine was broken and the temporary large pot they had out was empty. Either the apple juice or orange juice would be empty depending on the day. Really stale/hard biscuits. It was a somewhat quiet location to sleep and close to the highway, only 15 minutes to downtown. The staff was really pleasant.

I had a really great experience staying at the Comfort Inn near Polaris this past weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great location for everything we wanted to do in the Polaris area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how convenient the location was, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby. Stayed here while in ohio for biking. Great location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. The Ohio To Erie Trail could be entered a quarter mile away, just on the other side of the freeway. 20 trail miles to downtown Columbus. Continental breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced.

Our car windows got busted out there was about 18 cars and the 2 hotels next to us did as well. How that many cars get busted into and no staff see or hear anything is way be on me. And YES it was right in front of the lobby and the sides of the hotel. Another person got them on Video 2 men in a dark car did all this damage. Very unhappy now we have to pay about 800.00 for 2 windows very upsetting 😢 The staff I feel should have been more helpful nobody came out to help us clean glass up or offer a sweeper.

The primary issue that we had was that our towels and trash were not managed while we were there without us asking or doing it ourselves. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was generally clean though there were spots in the sinks and tub that had been missed from the previous guests. I trusted the linens enough to use them. The towels were generally stain free but 1 wash cloth (out of 4) had a makeup stain from a previous use. We didn't eat breakfast or use any of the amenities as we were there mainly to sleep before going out for the full day everyday.
