We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and everything was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and the staff serving breakfast were also very kind and welcoming. There is no microwave in the room, but it wasn’t a problem for us because they have one available in the lobby. Everything was convenient and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding customer service! Kudos to Fifi and Tee for always being so welcoming at breakfast. A traditional hot breakfast buffet is rare these days. Kudos also to housekeeping for consistent high quality cleaning (three stays over the past three months and each time cleaning, particularly the bathrooms, was excellent). Some have commented that the rooms are small. One benefit of older construction is that the rooms are virtually soundproof! Highly recommend for travelers wanting a good night's rest!

The hotel does not have sufficient elevators. It only has one elevator for all the hotel. I had to wait for thirty minutes to go up with a cart to load it to leave. I cannot waste that much time staying there again.
