The Micro is clean and neat , has a pool and a light breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Our check in was quick easy. The gentleman working was courteous friendly. The lobby area is quaint, yet very inviting - which was nice to walk into after being on the road for 3 hours. And we loved the indoor pool!!!

parking lot is not easy to get out of but this is out of their control. Very nice, clean rooms, comfortable and quiet, highly recommended

We had a great trip! Pool was clean and warm, beds comfy, breakfast was really good!

The stay was fine we only did overnight because it was snowy when we had a function to go and didn't want to drive in the storm My only problem was no towels in the pool

Parking was great, needed a handicapped spot and in spite of the busy holiday weekend, one was always available! Breakfast was fine, oatmeal and cereal for healthy meals. Coffee pots always full, but we were always down at 7 so cannot speak to later in the breakfast hours. Would like to give a shout out to Sanni at the front desk, Jo in housekeeping and the young lady who kept the breakfast area tables clean and things stocked. All in all a good experience and we will look no further when we are in that area to visit our family, who are close by. Lots of great restaurants and shopping right outside the facility too.

Everything about this place was great except the distance from Portland. Clean room, great breakfast, easy parking and friendly staff.

The hotel was great. We stay their so we can use the pool. Turns out they had to close it because some one took a poop in the pool. My kids were sad.

We loved our stay at the Microtel Wyndham in Windham, Maine. It was so clean and quiet!!

Sadly the night I checked in , the room had a dirty towel ( used ) in the shower , the fridge smelled and wasn’t worked and the microwave was not working either . There were food crumbs big enough for me to see on the floor . After I told front desk I was moved to another room that only had one issue a big food stain with food still on it on the carpet ( I cleaned it )

Upon check in the guy told us they didnt have anything for us in the system even though we reserved it, provided names and confirmation numbers. He then proceeded to tell us all of the names he had in the system for a room that night and listed our name and we were like yes thats us thats what we said our name was. Then he apologized. I expected breakfast to be included it was just instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and oranges kind of thing. I previously advised in my reservation i had a service dog which they accomodated me by providing a first floor room however upon going to bring towels to my husband and son who forgot them when they went to the pool i was questioned repeatedly by the lady in the front if that was a service dog, that its not allowed in the pool, that its not allowed in the pool area, and why is it a service dog and whats the service need even though its not legal to question a person with a service dog beyond the question of is that a service dog. I had to explain im just bringing towels to my family and she just kept repeating how the dog wasnt allowed in the pool area. Upon the first 20 minutes of being in the room a roach crawled from the bathroom toward the fridge in the room. The tv is super tiny for a room with double beds. The room isnt well lit either. For a family of 3 youd think theyd have sufficient toiletries and water bottles in the room. Definitely wasnt worth spending over $500 for 2 nights.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was mostly clean other than there were items tucked just under the bed of another patron that was not cleaned up by the chambermaid like pieces of clothing and change.

Clean, quiet and nice on overall. I wish you had better blankets, though. My room had blankets that’s were so worn out, see through at some spots and clumped up cotton(??) in other spots. Bathroom had peeling off wallpaper in a few spots.

Great hotel, I am glad I picked them. The room was comfortable and updated. Rooms do include a refrigerator and microwave.

Good access to sebago lake and Naples causeway. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Internet poor, ac finicky. Personnel great.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on rooms on either side of you and hear people crystal clear walking by your door

Why was gym closed off? Air conditioning was very loud in our room and kept us awake. Tv is old and hard to operate. Needs modern away to view channels without slow lag and the volume was really low

Room was nice and clean, bathroom spacious and modern. Not very quiet though; I could easily hear people in the hall/room next door and traffic and AC were loud (I had a roadside room). Blackout curtains helped some. Overall it was comfortable enough and reasonably priced.

Was nice. Only complaint is how dark the rooms are at night with the lights on. Not bright enough lights

When we booked the hotel on line we thought we were giving ourselves a luxury treat on a lake because of price and description. We were totally disappointed to find ourselves checking into a no-frills hotel with no king-size beds available, a tiny TV and no comfortable chair in the room, just a desk chair.

TV was too small for the room.

Needs to be better soundproofed. Could very clearly hear people in room above ours walking around. Basic room and bathroom...tiny TV. Comfortable beds.

I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it. Upon arrival, I noticed a note with my key cards explaining that housekeeping must be requested in advance, but this wasn't communicated during check-in. I made the request, but on the second day, my room hadn't been cleaned—no fresh towels, no bed making. The front desk cited short staffing as the reason, which I understand, but not providing basic amenities like towels is unacceptable. I had to pick up towels myself from the front desk. Additionally, I observed the housekeeper frequently on her phone, further delaying cleaning. The room itself was disappointing. The carpets had a strong unpleasant odor. The lighting was poor, and there were only two lights in the room, creating a dark atmosphere. The bathroom amenities were low quality, with soap that barely lathered, unpleasant-smelling shampoo and conditioner, and no shower gel. When I requested toothpaste, I was given a messy packet instead of a tube. The checkout process was also rigid. I requested a simple 10-minute extension, but the front desk refused, showing a lack of flexibility. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor room condition, and unhelpful service, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. I will not be returning and cannot recommend it.

The walls are very thin. It is a very noisy property. I interacted with three staff members and two were rude- the third was exceptionally nice. The bedding was sparse and the pillows were horrible. I have seen the other highly rated reviews and I wonder what went wrong with my stay. My average price per night could have put me in a really nice hotel in Portland. Instead I stayed in a subpar hotel with surly hotel with tumbleweeds and construction vehicles all around me. I gave a credit card for amenities and when I went to put amenities on my card was forcefully told I couldn’t because they are on different accounting systems. Just a weird independent, overpriced hotel with mostly surly staff, that is really noisy and uncomfortable. Not many options within 29 minutes but 30 minutes away there are many better choices. I will never stay here again.

My reservation was “lost” and I was turned away after driving 6 hours.

My debit card was compromised and the front desk was not helpful.

My mom and I had a great night’s stay at Dormir. Very convenient location. Very professional and courteous staff. The place was super clean. And the included breakfast was excellent!

The hotel was conveniently located, and very well-kept. The staff was friendly. I appreciated that breakfast was included. The area the hotel was in, felt completely safe, and it was close enough to town that a quick drive got you to various stores and restaurants!

Close to little sebago, shopping and food.

This hotel was really close to St. Joseph’s College of Maine. We attended a graduation ceremony there and the hotel was a great location.

Had an amazing time . The whole hotel was clean, staff was super kind and helpful.the location was excellent close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping.i very much recommend

Check in was uneventful, but disappointing. We politely asked for an early (“even bagged”) breakfast (breakfast is included in the stay) before the 7 am weekend start, as we needed to be on the road before 7, and they were unable to accommodate our request. I’ve never had a hotel refuse to accommodate that request before, and it is a request request of mine, due to my work schedule and/or travel schedule. That was a rough way to start out overnight. Additionally, the noise level between the hallway, rooms and slamming doors, was very loud and extended deeply into the evening. The building could do a lot with adding more insulation in the walls.

Only stayed the one night for a baseball tournament.Everything from the Check in desk to the room and the breakfast area were very clean. breakfast was continental, but had a great selection. Would stay again.

For the price I would have liked to have my bed made and fresh towels replaced every day. Breakfast was really good but ditch those fake eggs. Over all it was great. Would stay there again.

The hotel and staff are great. The hotel breakfast is not fit for my dog. The coffee is terrible as is the brand of creamer. I could not swallow the eggs or sausage or muffin. The coffee was putrid.

I was surprised to learn that this property had been open since 2015(?). With the cleanliness and updated features/styles, I would have thought that it was newly opened within the last year or two. The breakfast offerings were pretty much standard, but nicely done. My only issue was that they didn’t offer freshly brewed decaf coffee. The only option available was instant decaf - dried crystals dissolved in hot water. Fortunately, Dunkin’ is located just down the street a bit! 😊

It was good, we enjoyed the swimming pool & friendly staff & clean rooms. We also like free complimentary coffee. They do have a complimentary breakfast, but they didn't have hot eggs, bacon or sausage which we have become accustomed to from other hotels. It was minor, we would definitely stay there again, but go out for breakfast somewhere instead.

The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful, the hotel itself is very clean and fairly quiet. The breakfast is very limited, but not bad, I just wouldn’t want to have it several days in a row due to the lack of selections. Parking is easy and the grounds are well lit and clean, obviously the staff take pride in both the inside and outside of the hotel.
