Room felt neglected, there was NO HOT WATER in the mornings, we had to rent towels not sure if that’s normal in hostels as it was my first time staying at one. I was told hostels usually have common places, there was no common spaces and no TV! Also, we could never connect to the wifi upstairs! And lastly no elevators, so going 4 flights of stairs with large backpacks was not fun!!!

The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely not clean. The beds at least had clean linens. The staff was a mixed bag, some nice and professional and others not so much
