The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, making sightseeing in Luang Prabang very easy. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had questions. The complimentary shuttle to the Sofitel was also a nice and helpful touch. I stayed in Room 11, and while the room itself was comfortable, the entrance walkway could be made even better — navigating around a few plant pots required some care. A small adjustment there would further enhance the overall experience.

Wonderful hotel. An experience, not just a place to sleep the night. Impeccable service, great breakfast, fantastic location. Beautiful architecture and decor. Rooms outfitted with minute attention to detail. And the cherry on the cake: being able to use the 25m pool at the Sofitel
