Unique property convenient to Mt. Fuji Station and the town of Fujiyoshida. Stayed here the night of the Yoshida no Himatsuri and couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff here were very friendly. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing in the units. My room was right next to the train station and railroad tracks with constant train noise until midnight and then again starting at 5:30am. Rented a unit with a sauna and plunge pool - which was a very nice addition. I would definitely stay again!

Family of 4, visiting end of June. Excellent location, quiet, great staff (english proficient), clean and nice place to relax. I would highly recommend.

娘の6歳の誕生日を祝う旅行で訪問。富士急などへのアクセスもよく、設備も綺麗で、プライベートサウナは部屋備え付けなので、時間を気にせず入れて最高だった。ただ、一点だけ、不満。部屋がもっとも線路に近い部屋だった為、夜は12時まで、朝は６時前から電車の音と振動で起きてしまう。娘も我々も寝不足できつかった。宿泊前に事前に分かるように注意書をしてもらうかメッセージをもらったら耳栓を用意するなど対策は出来たので、残念。結果、最終日は寝不足過ぎて、最後まで遊べず、午後一でテーマパークを出て、駐車場で仮眠して帰宅。他の方のレビューを見ると線路から離れた部屋はそんなでもないようなので、小さなお子様連れで宿泊される方は事前にホテルへの問い合わせを推奨します。ですが、それを差し引いても設備やスタッフさんの対応素晴らしかったです。ありがとうございました。
