This property is a Guest House therefore does not have staff. Communications are done by text or email. When that fails by phone. We and other guests had issues accessing the property. Getting into the property especially at night it is a bit complicated i.e. 4 doors with codes and other instructions. Had to call the owner nernerous to times before we could completely understand.

We needed to call the number when we got there. We were unaware that they send you 3 different codes the day of arrival to your email so you definitely need wifi. No elevator so I suggest you pack light. On the first view of the room, it looked clean, however, the side table was very dusty. There was no soap for shampoo...easy fix, we bought shampoo. Now the good: very centrally located. Food in the area is excellent. The market is right there. It is a short distance to the bus that takes you to the cruise lines. Bathroom was clean. Towels were clean. Again, location was wonderful. If you are looking for high end, elevator, etc...this is not for you. If you are looking for easy walking for everything, I would recommend it. Btw, the a/c is very good. All in all, a good stay.

Great central location Walkable everywhere, to the port, to the beach, etc. Clean room, large bathroom (although small shower).

We had some trouble checking in, and called the guesthouse four times. On the fifth time they picked up the phone, and asked me what my problem was and what I did not understand. He nearly shouted at me that the information was sent by mail, but I did never receive any. He then sent it again and check in worked. The place it self was clean and modern, with towels, AC and a comfortable bed. There was just one room card, which made it a bit harder to do separate things. There was also bad water pressure in the shower. The stay was comfortable for one night before the cruise, and the location was close (600m walking) to the entrance of the cruise port.
