The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, extremely clean, and very well maintained. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We had a last-minute need for milk for our little one, and the team immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. What impressed us even more was that they remembered the next day and proactively offered to help again if needed. That level of care and attentiveness meant a lot to us. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh-made food available on request in addition to the buffet options, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Lauren at reception, who helped us throughout our stay. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.
