What an amazingly beautiful home and property! You cannot go wrong staying here! Everything was set up perfectly and having an ice maker at the boat house was very convenient. The house was great, not too far from the Freezer, and Shed. Water access was good. The ice maker was fantastic. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Very good time and will try to rent again.

This place was beautiful! Host was very attentive to our needs. We would stay here again for sure. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Awesome having the kayaks accessible. Loved sitting on the dock on the water and watching for manatees. Amazing stay!!

We saw manatees off the dock! Very cool. The house, boathouse, ice machine, and yard are awesome. Very busy area this time of year on the weekends (May) so if you can stay during the week you might enjoy it most. Several restaurants close by so that is handy-though the kitchen and dining room in the rental is large and well appointed.

This is a gorgeous home. It was exactly as pictured, and very clean. The waterfront area was beautiful. We enjoyed the sitting areas on the back porch and the screened room off the boathouse. The ice maker was a super plus, saving us some trips to town for ice before we ventured out on our boat for the day. The canal leads right to the river and was only a short ride out to The Gulf. The home is nestled in a nice, quiet little off the beaten path part of Old Homosassa. We had a wonderful stay. Overall, a great find, would definitely book again!

We have stayed in 50+ VRBO rentals over the past several years, and this was definitely one of the very cleanest properties, inside and out, that we have stayed at. The location was convenient; we liked that it was only about a mile from the boat ramp. Parking for our truck and boat trailer, as well as my dad's vehicle was more than adequate and easily accessible. Home has been updated and has lovely decor and furnishings. The large back yard is so inviting and peaceful. Overall, it was a wonderful 3 night stay, and we definitely give this 5 stars in all aspects!

This was our fourth year staying in this home for our annual scalloping trip. There is good reason why we return here each year—perfect location, beautiful property, terrific layout both inside and outside of home, and great communication with the owner. Our group, consisting of 3 family members and 3 friends, have always liked the set up of the home. It has plenty of open space in the well-stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and large dining space. While we didn’t use the kayaks and fire pit this year, they are always well-maintained and nice to have the option to use. The boat house and dock are a huge plus! The cut back to the dock is easily accessible for our 27 foot boat. Just as in previous years, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning! Thank you for having us!

This house is perfect, we booked it for our yearly family scalloping trip and it lived up to everything described. The house is setup perfectly and has so many small things that make it great: -ice maker on the dock for our boat each day -Games for the family -fully stocked kitchen - so clean - comfortable beds - and the list goes on. We already are trying to figure out dates out for next year so we can book again!

Perfectly stocked home. There was everything you need and more. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened lanai and screened boathouse, plenty of lights and ceiling fans in both for additional comfort. Ice maker came in so handy for stocking coolers and for going fishing. Location was excellent, nice outdoor space, right on water, close to restaurants and grocery stores, yet so quiet and peaceful. In all aspects it is an outstanding vacation property.

We've stayed at dozens of properties from the keys to big bend and this was probably the cleanest. We're just disappointed in the scallops being so thin but that's not the fault of the property owner. We plan on returning in the future and this property was very nice indeed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to rebook! The home was very nicely updated, extremely clean and comfortable and stocked with all the amenities a family would need. Great location to activities and restaurants with a gorgeous backyard view. We fished, made smores each night in the firepit, grilled dinner, saw dolphin in the canal. Kids thought we were in paradise. Exceeded everyone's expectations.

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well appointed and welled stocked with every tool and pot and pan. We took our mother, 89, and Aunt 93, and the house was flat and so easy for them to get around. They are sisters and loved sitting on the porch visiting while we fished. The ice maker was a luxury to have available. We also chartered Capt Dave and that was fun getting on his boat at the house dock. We have stayed in many different places in Homosassa, this was our favorite.

Great home that was well stocked with everything we needed. The check-in/out process was super smooth. Beds were extremely comfortable and the property was absolutely spotless. The cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I’ve been in a lot of them. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

This was our first time to Homosassa and it didn’t disappoint! The dock was nice to sit out on after a long day on the boat. The ice machine was so convenient. Kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house is very conveniently located to get to the restaurants and springs by boat. The house itself is spacious, clean, decorated very nicely and well maintained. We’ll be back!

Upon arrival walking in the door was so great, just as the pictures showed , beautifully open with great space. nicely decorated with lake house accents. The bedrooms were small but the beds were nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and at the boat dock. Enjoyed Sunsets, so beautiful!! Very peaceful, enjoyed sitting in the screened in area. We had a great time and enjoyed the home!!! We would for sure go back. Thanks for sharing!!

Great home that was well stocked with everything we needed. The check-in/out process was super smooth. Beds were extremely comfortable and the property was absolutely spotless. The cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I’ve been in a lot of them. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

This is our 2nd year staying here - it is so beautiful on the canal and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was provided. Loved going out with Captn. Dave - we all needed some down time and this is the perfect place.

This was our fourth year staying in this home for our annual scalloping trip. There is good reason why we return here each year—perfect location, beautiful property, terrific layout both inside and outside of home, and great communication with the owner. Our group, consisting of 3 family members and 3 friends, have always liked the set up of the home. It has plenty of open space in the well-stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and large dining space. While we didn’t use the kayaks and fire pit this year, they are always well-maintained and nice to have the option to use. The boat house and dock are a huge plus! The cut back to the dock is easily accessible for our 27 foot boat. Just as in previous years, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning! Thank you for having us!

We were in town for a music festival in this house is absolutely stunning. Everything you could possibly need is there. All of the furnishings and accessories are top notch. Super convenient to all of our favorite places. Plenty of parking. Beautiful lawn and dock area. My only regret is that I did not have time to make use of the kayaks. If we go to Homosassa for an event again, this is the first property I will try to rent.

This was our first time to Homosassa and it didn’t disappoint! The dock was nice to sit out on after a long day on the boat. The ice machine was so convenient. Kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house is very conveniently located to get to the restaurants and springs by boat. The house itself is spacious, clean, decorated very nicely and well maintained. We’ll be back!

The house was great, not too far from the Freezer, and Shed. Water access was good. The ice maker was fantastic. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Very good time and will try to rent again.

This place was beautiful! Host was very attentive to our needs. We would stay here again for sure. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. Awesome having the kayaks accessible. Loved sitting on the dock on the water and watching for manatees. Amazing stay!!

This property is so nice and easy to get to. Had the water right in the back yard with easy access to fishing and kayaking. This home just felt like a home, we felt comfortable right when we walked in! We will for sure be coming back here for another relaxing vacation!

This is a gorgeous home. It was exactly as pictured, and very clean. The waterfront area was beautiful. We enjoyed the sitting areas on the back porch and the screened room off the boathouse. The ice maker was a super plus, saving us some trips to town for ice before we ventured out on our boat for the day. The canal leads right to the river and was only a short ride out to The Gulf. The home is nestled in a nice, quiet little off the beaten path part of Old Homosassa. We had a wonderful stay. Overall, a great find, would definitely book again!

We have stayed in 50+ VRBO rentals over the past several years, and this was definitely one of the very cleanest properties, inside and out, that we have stayed at. The location was convenient; we liked that it was only about a mile from the boat ramp. Parking for our truck and boat trailer, as well as my dad's vehicle was more than adequate and easily accessible. Home has been updated and has lovely decor and furnishings. The large back yard is so inviting and peaceful. Overall, it was a wonderful 3 night stay, and we definitely give this 5 stars in all aspects!

Perfectly stocked home. There was everything you need and more. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened lanai and screened boathouse, plenty of lights and ceiling fans in both for additional comfort. Ice maker came in so handy for stocking coolers and for going fishing. Location was excellent, nice outdoor space, right on water, close to restaurants and grocery stores, yet so quiet and peaceful. In all aspects it is an outstanding vacation property.

Everything about this property was exceptional! The furnishings were top notch. All you need to bring is food and drinks. A Publix is just a short drive away to help with that as well! Such a quiet and relaxing spot. We even had a visit from a manatee and a small alligator. The manatee came right up to the boathouse dock, but the gator kept its distance. What a special treat! The fellows did some fishing which was nice to enjoy right in the backyard. We had a party of 5 seniors, and our little dog Loretta. Everyone was happy with their rooms. The master bedroom bed is awesome!! The beds are a bit high off the floor, but perfect nights sleep for everyone. We try to always go to different places but this one could easily be put on repeat. It will not disappoint.
