Freindly staff, easy check in, pleasant, comfortable, and accomidating room. What more could you ask for? Staff notified me there are 16 cameras watching The outaide of the property. This was reassuring.

This is an older motel with aging facilities. We had to work a bit to get the extension cord to stay in the outlet behind the bed so the lamp would work. It takes a strong pull to get the faucet on. The carpet is frayed on the stairs. The TV takes some encouragement to work - but it eventually does. The card reader at the desk didn’t work so I had to go to an ATM and get cash to pay. Staff were apologetic and appreciative, but it’s something that needs to be fixed. I thought this was a level above Motel 6, but maybe not.

Stayed one night. Had beds, fridge, microwave, breakfast and hot water... I don't need anything else! Was quiet (was on second floor). Front desk person a little hard to understand at times but no big deals. Some confusion on the process around the deposit but also nothing too major. The hot water took a very very long time to get hot so at first we thought it was going to be a pain but eventually it was very hot, so gie it some time before complaining or probably. It's a motel, it's not a high end hotel. It looks like what you'd expect but it was clean. Windows are single pane though, we were lucky it was a quiet night but if it had been loud outside it could have been annoying.

The room and property are pretty beat up looking. Just be aware if this. HOWEVER! Staff member Gallia was super at making sure I had everything I needed. Came and sorted the TV. The AC was on when I arrived!! I love that. The room was super clean and big!! Breakfast was simble but good! I was very pleased!! Looking for a great hotel that reasonable? THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Stay was good to go for the price. Parking situation was awful for my particular room.

The property seems old but is clean. Staffs are friendly. There was some noise from train ? I am not sure but it sounds like train. Only when I arrived, there were a couple of people outside that I felt a bit unsafe. Overall, it is nice. Price is good

People working desk were extremely helpful even though the area was very sketchy. Just off the highway which added a little uneasiness to our stay since we were on motorcycles but we were assured there was security cameras recently installed and no theft problems.

Horrible. There were holes in the sheets, and when we brought it up, they said they knew about it and just haven't gotten new sheets yet. They claimed it was a strict, no smoking policy, but the room smelled smoky.

I would NOT advise anyone to book at this establishment. It was a busy weekend for Kelso as they had cycle race traversing their town. Getting accommodation was difficult. We requested NON SMOKING ROOM. The room reserved for us had smoke odour,. They did give us another room but nominally better. Mold in bathroom, chipped furniture, bed linen appeared to have been slept in. carpets

Check in was easy- the gentleman in the office was very nice and offered help if needed. Our room was clean and other than the burn hole on the comforter on the bed we didn’t see anything that was an issue.

Upon check was then told about $75 deposit which was not on the hotels policies. The room was right next to train tracks that were super loud all night. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled musty. The gentleman in the morning was very nice though.

The Motel was clean and quiet and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Third time I have stayed at this property and no TV each time

Wifi sucks, smoke detector was covered up with a piece of paper and tape. Hot water kept running cold and hot within seconds back and forth. Room smelled musty as hell and the headboard wasnt attached to the wall...screws missing from every hole

Definitely a budget motel. Lady working front desk super pleasant. Rooms super dated, needs renovation, ripped carpet, burn stains here and there, no working lamp and no working TV and TV services not working but front end lady got it fixed which took about an hour. Bedding thin and scratchy.

This is the worse motel iv EVER encountered absolutely do not go there! They wouldn’t let anyone even come into my room after 10pm not even to help me put my luggage in the room they were so concerned about charging more an more fees and being able to kick u out without refunding u and were so busy listing off more and more irrational rules that never did this place ever even say welcome it was the most unwelcoming and intrusive an rude establishment iv ever encountered and then to tell me it would be 7 -10 business days before my money would be refunded what a musleading joke…worst place ever trust me do not ever book a room here

I was here twice before, was treated very nicely. This time, I was informed that a $70 would be charged, and refunded next day, which did not happen before. I don't appreciate the inconsistent services.

The person working was ridiculously slow and was doing everything wrong at check in

The unexpected policy of a $75 cash deposit was a big surprise...I had a $100 bill, but they were not allowed to accept a $100 bill. Fortunately my husband and I were able to come up with the cash. It was not indicated anywhere during the booking process that there was this required deposit. The staff was EXCELLENT, very kind and courteous. We did get the deposit back back but doubt we would ever stay there again.

The property smelled very terrible, the area was very unsafe there was a gang in town at this hotel and we were told to be very careful around them after the first hour we left and went back to Oregon they would refund us and the experience was super scary and terrible. The front desk refused to help

The TV reception was terrible, our neighbors had an all night party and what can I say about the free continental breakfast? Not enough out for everyone. Breakfast started at 6 and by 6:15 there were no muffins or honey buns or coffee left until it was restocked. Sad thing is, some guests just take everything. And by the way, coffee, orange juice and English muffins and honey buns are breakfast? No wonder he guests take 10 of each. They need them just to have a good meal since there is no cereal or milk. The room was so dusty, the microwave was damaged and unsafe, and a train goes by across the street all hours of the day and night. Besides the maid, the staff was mostly rude, one staff member making himself a continental breakfast (Breakfast is for Guests only the sign says) while making us wait for it. Desk clerk when checking out was rude and upset when we asked to have the room checked so we could get our deposit back. He had it checked but hasn't returned the deposit even though we made sure the room was cleaner than we found it before checkout. Room doorknob was malfunctioning, etc etc etc...too muh to list. Won't stay here again.

We had a bad feeling when we pulled up to this location. It’s in a bad neighborhood and when we went in they didn’t accept animals we brought our family dog. When we got to a different hotel to see if we could stay somewhere else, we heard that they recently had cockroaches. I will never stay at America’s best.

The staff at this hotel was great. The area the property is at is stretchy. Every night there was cops and ambulances all night. Didnt get much sleep due to the police activity.

you get what you pay for. Outdated motel seemed to be home for transients. Police sirens awakened me at 5:00. Hot water didn't come to the shower until my shower was almost completed. The coffee didn't come out until sometime after 8:00. The clerk who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

For a budget friendly hotel, this hotel had more to offer than most hotels that cost much more. The breakfast bar had much to choose from but protein items were missing. I would stay there again if the opportunity arrises!
