Easy parking and multiple entrances to the building. All entrances were secure; requiring key card access. The hotel is an older property, but has been refurbished. Fresh paint, flooring and fixtures. The breakfast was less than I had expected. While the bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt were quality...I like hot eggs, meat, and biscuits with gravy.

There was a snowstorm and we are in our 60s. Luckily, we went to dinner and the driveway was open when we returned. The next morning, however, the parking lot was a solid sheet of ice. Again, no understanding about clearing the driveway.

A newly renovated hotel, but could be a bit better quality. Advertise a pool but it was filled in with Dirt. No hot food (unless you consider bagels being a hot food) for breakfast. Plenty of oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. Pillows where wicked soft probably to soft. But the bed was average.

The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of hot breakfast food, and no waffle maker. Didn't get there till late so didn't have time to swim, but the next morning I noticed the pool was empty. It was clean and had a good night sleep. Keith

A pool was advertised and partly why our family booked there. When we arrived the pool was empty and we were told its under maintenence. It looked it had been empty fir some time. There should have been a notice before we booked stating the pool was out of service. We would have stayed somewhere else. Other than that, the hotel looked recently renovated but you could still tell it was an older hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

It’s a newly renovated hotel and very clean but my room was unfinished which made it look a bit sloppy/unprofessional and not what I expected of a Hilton. The bathroom cabinet was basically unfinished particle board with a nice counter top. Many restaurant options nearby but would have been nice if they kept the pool (they were filling it in with dirt while we were there)

Really poor build. Quality of the e facility is incredibly poor. Amenities such as the gym are flat out dangerous. Treadmill stops when your foot touches the belt when running every step. Bench has such a large gap in the center, it is not safe to lay on to do workout. It feels like a failed retirement home that got a coat of paint and some garage sale equipment.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I booked this room through Expedia based on its “very good” rating, but my experience was the complete opposite. The room was absolutely unsanitary, there were feces in the bathroom and hair that appeared to be pubic hair. The smell in the room was overwhelming and unbearable. I took photos to document the condition. Despite these unacceptable circumstances, I was unable to get my deposit back. I left immediately, there was no way I could stay in such conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First time staying at a Spark. From the couple I've seen in Wytheville, they seem to be old midgrade hotels that got a remodel. Nothing wrong with that. The set up was a bit weird as far as getting to your room(just take the stairs) and finding your way to the lobby. The one I stayed at was out of the way with easy parking. Clean and comfortable as Hiltons usually are except the hinges holding the lid on it were completely disgusting, looked like it was caked with urine.. .puke. All in all it was comfortable, staff was friendly, water pressure was adequate, and beds were comfortable. All important when you travel alot for work. They also have a dog park like area with toys and a doggy obstacle course.

I got in around 10:30pm and no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell and called the number and I was exhausted and I had to wait 20mins for help. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. I will say the bed was very comfortable and I slept great and the room was clean. I would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel before Hilton took it over for around 65-75$. Hilton just covered everything over and charges $130-150 per nite. While it looks better it is not worth the money. On a positive note, we left two jackets in the closet, were then contacted and had them shipped to our ultimate vacation spot. Very thoughtful and I thank them for their actions.

Breakfast was actually a snack bar. I forgot my phone in the room when we left the next day. When we returned to the hotel a very nice gentleman who was on staff returned it to me. Cant say enough about all staff at this hotel.

My husband and I loooved the location of this cute hotel. Peaceful, quiet, near to a historic site and beautiful scenery all around. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Easy parking and multiple entrances to the building. All entrances were secure; requiring key card access. The hotel is an older property, but has been refurbished. Fresh paint, flooring and fixtures. The breakfast was less than I had expected. While the bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt were quality...I like hot eggs, meat, and biscuits with gravy.

A newly renovated hotel, but could be a bit better quality. Advertise a pool but it was filled in with Dirt. No hot food (unless you consider bagels being a hot food) for breakfast. Plenty of oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. Pillows where wicked soft probably to soft. But the bed was average.

Breakfast was actually a snack bar. I forgot my phone in the room when we left the next day. When we returned to the hotel a very nice gentleman who was on staff returned it to me. Cant say enough about all staff at this hotel.

Bathrooms were not well kept and had no ventilation. Doors retracted shut so no room air cannot enter. Bath Room was very hot and humid. No chair in room even though space. Mainly get what you pay for!

Room smelled of dog. I get the place is pet friendly pet friendly, but I shouldn't smell dog when I walk into my room.

For the price it wasn’t too bad. There was some trash we found in our room and hair still in the shower which was gross. There was a mint wrapper sitting on our TV stand and when I showered the shower barely drained so I was just standing in water. The walls were also paper thin, all night all we could hear was the people next door to us. We thought it would be more like a hotel because it’s a sister property of Hilton but it was definitely more motel vibes. The breakfast was okay, it was just very basic stuff like cereal and muffins. But for the price and location right off the highway it worked for us
