The lighting was very in the room. Heating system was loud. We could hear neighbours through the wall. Disappointing.

Clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit on the small side given the amount of furniture in the room. The personal touch from the presence of the owners was really nice. They were very friendly and helpful. Great parking, and option of storing luggage.

Parking was easy. Very close to Niagara falls state park. lots of dining options available nearby.
