It’s a downgrade in living standard, you live here because you are desperate. It’s well placed, and cheap and that’s about it. There was no trash can in the room or the toilet. Toilet was shared - I did not see this clearly In the ad….. wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew. Shower was extremely hot, and wouldn’t turn cold - the shower actually was defect. Toilet’s were dirty, and you get one toilet-roll (even I who stayed five days didn’t manage). Not surprisingly no room cleaning. And every guest smoked weed and it stank all over. Smell was everywhere. No sound isolation, I could hear my neighbours cough and turn their bed, and come and go.. Generally doors and handles were old and did not close accurately…

We stayed in one of the double rooms with bathroom. There is no AC so our room got very warm during the night and the noise from the street outside made it difficult to keep the window open. Other than that, nothing to complain about! There is a very nice lounge area downstairs and a gym. 20 min walking to most of the main attractions downtown.

Modern, clean student accommodation. Smooth check-in process, Decent powerful shower, although it wasn't always hot. The shared bathroom was always available for use when I was there. The bed was a good size (a double I think ) and very comfortable. There was a kitchen but it was not available for use when I was there. Electric wall mounted heater , which, although I didn't need, I did check and it worked. The place feels very safe and secure. One tip, if you've booked a room with a shared bathroom be very careful not to lock yourself out of your room by forgetting your room key card when you visit the loo - I almost did on several occasions. The heavy fire doors shut very quickly behind you and do bang which does cause a bit of noise for other residents. I tried hard to close the doors quietly but it's only achievable with some effort. Location is good, away from the busy city centre but easily accessible by bus and the area felt very safe. All in all, good value, I'd recommend and would stay again.
