There was no pool

Room did not have amenities we expected.

My wife and I booked here for 1 night. It was not anywhere what we expected. We booked it through hotels.com. Stated there was a restaurant, when we asked about it they said they didn't serve any type of food, no breakfast. Pool was closed. We also had a hard time opening our door, had to use our hip to pop it open. Tv wasn't working called front desk she was very rude but sent the maintenance man to fix it. Got it fixed. Beds are very uncomfortable. The sink handle broke in my hand as I turned it. We went again to the front desk to ask for towels the guy working there was rude as well, we will not be back.

Room was clean, but 2 lamps and the coffee didn’t work.

Dirt room; missing outlet covers; grease on counter, ants by run, smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Smelled like weed outside. Room smelled like pesticide.

First I was given a room that smelled like cigarettes, the smell was strong, then I was given a room with no power in half of the outlets in the room, still the smell was not the best but more decent than the first one given.

Upon checking into the room. I was accosted by a family memeber of thr staff memeber at the front desk. Asking me to hand my debit card to him before the hotel clerk and yhe hotel staff insiting onnyhr same thing. After argueing thatd not whatvibwas going to do i proceeded with gettin my room. Entering the room it was completely filthy. Dirty furniture, phone torn out the wall. And not working. No running water in the room at all. No running water i say again. I rode a motorcyle 1530 miles and couldnt takw a shower the enitre week i was in the room. No food offered at all. They told me room was non smoking and some one had smoked in the room right before i walked in. And it was thr maintenance staff. At no point after conplaints to the front desk did i get another working room with water or any issue resolved in any way. Completly horrible stay followed by nothing no follow up at all. Do not stay here evwr not worth it eben gor yhe cheapest price they can offer it will jot be worth it. People live in this hotel like its there home and they arent the cream of society. Is all ill say. Worst expierience in a hotel i have had in my entire life. I was attacked in yhr parkkng lot 2 times by drig dealers who thought i was some one else becaue i am black look i ng then followed by the police for the same reason. I will never stay in this hotel again anf will not visit greenvile either southern hospitality is the same as it was duting jim crow. So ill go back west to neww mexico and

It was good until i realized their wasn't a phone in my room

Specifically asked about the swimming pool before I booked the room, I called ahead. When I had my swimsuit on and cooler packed, I headed to the pool and it had padlocks on both gates, pool closed . People clearly live here full-time, which is fine, but they should put guests in a separate part of the hotel so the people don’t stand outside your room talking at 3 o’clock in the morning. When I asked for a late check out due to lack of sleep, I was told no.

The property was not kept up. The pool was green. The hot water did not work as it should. The tub drain was caulked. The one word that comes to mind is GROSS!

Literal blood on the walls

The property is run down. Full of bugs. We opened the door and they scattered. They were all over the walls and furiture. Front desk lady was appalled and immediately issued a refund. We stayed at the Hilton Greenville instead.

Bed bugs,no hot water,not cleaned towels.

This was a terrible place. Very dirty & moldy. Bed was horrible

The worst most dirtiest place I had ever stayed at. The pictures on the Expedia listing do not portray at all the reality. The latch lock on the door was broken, not to mention how dirty the door it was. Everything from drapes to carpet to bathroom was just nasty. I am sorry I cannot find any later words to describe this place other than nasty and disgusting. Moreover, at 10:00am the housekeeping lady knocks on the door, then half an hour later two male individuals from front desk knock on the door asking when do we check out. Mind you, we were not late. Checkout time is at 11:00am. Very unprofessional!!! Then again, there is nothing professional about this place. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for this place. I can’t even imagine how anyone would give this place good reviews. The microwave was rusted and dirty I could not even gey myself to warm up my coffee in there. I am very disappointed with myself for not taking more pictures, especially of all the dirt, the stain and disgusting carpet and that microwave.

It was terrible, The people at the front desk and the other housemen tried deny that there BED BUGS IN THE HOTEL UNTIL I STARTED TO SHOW ALL OF THE VIDEOS I HAVE ‼️ I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BED BUG BEFORE IN MY LIFE IT WAS A HORRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AT A HOTEL AND NOT THAT I WANTED TO BUT THE FRONT DESK WORKER GONE SAY I COULDNT CHANGE ROOMS OR GET A REFUND IF I DECIDED TO STAY I WOULD HAVE TO STAY IN THE ROOM , HOW NASTY AND DISGUSTING IS THAT TO TELL SOMEONE I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DISRESPECT AND THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE ISSUE DIDNT EVEN TRY TO GO CLEAN THE ROOM WOW SMH AND NOW I AM ITCHING AND SCRATCHING EVERY WERE THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE ‼️

You can tell it wasn't cleaned. Dead roaches and alive ones.

It was disgusting. The stairway smelled like urine, there was a whole pizza dumped outside our room. Someone's cats were lurking around. It was supposedly a nonsmoking room, but it smelled terribly. The room was filthy-dirty. My wife and I turned around and left.

When we got into the room, it was freezing and it took forever for it to warm up and even then it was chilly because there was a draft under the door where you could see light from outside coming in from underneath. They say they offer breakfast but the breakfast bar is shut down due to COVID which is fine but it would have been nice to know that beforehand or it be noted on the site. There wasn’t much water pressure from the sink faucet or the shower head and the bathroom didn’t look the greatest and you couldn’t close the door all of the way to the bathroom without it feeling like you were gonna bust the door in. Otherwise everything was fine and the staff is super friendly - there was a lady at the checkout Friday morning who was really sweet.

Front desk was nice. Hotel very dated and old. No hot water in shower. Blankets had burn marks and were not in great condition. Overall, i just needed a place to crash.

Cheap but noisy. Ok if your a heavy sleeper convenient and nice staff.

The door originally would not close and lock. I called for them to move us to another room. After 30 min, they still had not shown up. In the meantime, my husband fixed it so it would click and lock. The room was old and in need of serious repair and updates. There were cockroaches (my husband saw one as did I at separate times) and indications on the bathroom light fixtures that they were not the only two in the room. We rented this hotel for one night as we had traveled to have cataract surgery and needed to go to our follow-up visit the next morning so didn't want to spend a lot of money. The breakfast bar is not open even though their website shows free breakfast. That morning, my husband walked to the front office to ask for extra pack of coffee and was told that housekeeping wouldn't be in until 9 am and they didn't have a key. Was told they would get some and bring it to us. By 10:45 when we left, we still had not seen any coffee. The only good thing about this hotel was the shower head and water pressure. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

First I was given a room that smelled like cigarettes, the smell was strong, then I was given a room with no power in half of the outlets in the room, still the smell was not the best but more decent than the first one given.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Two people approached me 2 different times in the parking lot while unloading hustling for cigarettes, money and a ride. I stayed in room 157, the door wasn’t working. I had to bump it to open it. Was loose in the frame when fully locked. The knob was worn and loose. The door chain bracket was missing a screw bent outward. Very difficult to latch deadbolt into loose door frame. The carpet was damp and smelly. I had to use my dog pee pads to get around. The phone wasn’t working. The toilet paper roll was in a raw cut hole in the drywall! In the morning we noticed a stain on both sides of the comforter. Everything was grimy. No i will never recommend.

Had to wait for someone to check us in, room door was not closed good when you did close it you had to slam it due to as if someone has tried to break in. The beds were horrible, found kids toys so that only means someone didn't do their job. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed one.

They took my money wouldn’t give me my room. My daughter and 3 friends were evacuated from their college on Friday I booked them this hotel and when they got there they wouldn’t let them in. Left 4 teenage girls who were terrified on the street in the midst of a hurricane with no compassion. Not that I wanted them to stay in this place but I needed them to have shelter while us parents made arrangements for flights home.

The front desk attendant was very nice.

Needed to do a better job cleaning bathroom. Hotel itself is not very appealing on the outside.

Had to constantly go to front desk because the key cards to get in the room didn't work. Once the ac sounded like it was going to die at anytime. There was damage to walls. Table was broken, sheets were dirty and shower bearly worked.also at night there was drug activity everywhere to thr point there was cops that showed up. Would have left it was for more than one night. Do not stay here.

I felt like I was at a drug/crack dealers hotel. Dirty, smelly, abandoned cars in lot, and I did not feel safe. I left that hotel and stayed at a different hotel.

The microwave is so dirty, the room smells so bad a cigarette, the shower is nasty, online they said had breakfast but not , the pool is green cloudy , it's not comfortable at all
