My daughter enjoyed the pool. Was supposed to have whirlpool tub but it didn't work knob in room was broken. Had trouble falling asleep at night with people upstairs drinking and partying half of the night. Next time will select a different hotel due to noise

Recently changed hands and renovated. Still minor things to fix but we were pleasantly surprised. Clean, not expensive, pleasant and helpful young lady at the desk and our pet stayed free. We come through Jasper once a year and this will be our go to place to stay.

The room was very clean and reasonably priced. There was coffee in the lobby but no breakfast. Plenty of restaurants very close to hotel. Would stay there again if in the area.

After a bad experience elsewhere, this hotel was wonderful. It was clean, the rooms are big, and they allow dogs! Also-the coffee they have at the front desk is good. The hotel appears to be newly renovated. It is very clean, and the pool is very pretty. If you want an affordable stay in a nice clean hotel, this place is perfect.

The room had a smell. Not sure if it was smoking or musty. There was a leak in the tub faucet and a hole in bathroom wall. The dog stayed free and that’s the only good thing I can say

Walked in and there was a roach going across the tv table. Bathroom door would not shut. Towel hanger fell off wall. Had a centipede going across the floor. Checked for bedbugs and some large black bug fell out of the corner of the sheets. Tv remote was dirty otherwise it was okay

The only good thing I can say was we were given a 1st floor room, the bed was decent and it had a tv. However, first time EVER that I went to use the bathroom and there was literally feces on the toilet seat that my husband had to scrub off, a literal hole in the wall and the shower curtain rod looked like it was ready to fall out of the wall. I actually slept in my sweat pants because I wasn’t comfortable about sleeping in the bed without a barrier

It’s dumpy and not well maintained on the outside. Very much an extended worker hotel. The beds have bedbug protection and are incredibly comfortable. Overall when traveling by myself or other men it’s good to go. When traveling with wife and kids it’s a no go

The location is nice, right off a main road in Jasper. The internet is a bit slow and my tub faucet leaked. It was clean and the staff was friendly though. Overall id give it a 4 star and id probably stay there again for the low price.

The only thing that was wrong was the 1st night the refrigerator made a loud humming noise all night. The next morning we told them and they changed it out right away, even moved the things we had in the refrigerator to the new one. Both of them cooled well, just the noise was a problem. The staff could not have been nicer. We were happy with our stay and would stay again.

The pool had not been cleaned there was no hot water in the shower if you used the toilet you had to wait 30 min for it to fill up so u can flush it ppl breaking into rooms so they had to change the keys broke down vehicles in the parking lot driggies every where would not recommend to anyone coffee was cold every morning tasted like it sat out all night one towel per night for 3 ppl workers was definitely druggies not a good thing to say about this place
