Cim Suite Hotel

If you need somewhere you let your head and don't plan to spend much time inside then this is ideal. Getting hot water takes a while when showing you need you let it run for a while. The maintenance repairs that have been done in my particular room were done to a bad quality (sorry maintenance man) It's a little intimidating when I first arrived to see 3 men hanging around, one being at the reception desk. I felt a little uncomfortable as the hotel is small and the reception is quite small. I received no room cleaning or fresh towels in the 4 days I had the room for. I had to ask the guy on reception at night and he bought two bath towels to my room but no replacement face towels. This hotel could be really nice if just a little bit of money was spent. Even things like not hangers, regular room cleaning, fresh carpets on the stairs in the hallway. Even a warmer welcome like a smile etc. The rooms furniture was good. The dressing table was nice but needs some lights as it's dark in that area. I didn't test the TV and the AC worked instantly. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. The bathroom suite is decent but some simple maintenance and clearing up of the silicone around the bathroom would make it a must nicer place.

Über Expedia ein Zimmer gebucht und vor Ort ein anderes kleineres Zimmer bekommen. Laut der Dame an der Rezeption hat sie das Zimmer anderweitig vermietet! Wie geht sowas, dass das Zimmer dann noch bei Expedia angeboten wird? Vor allem, hab ich für ein großes Zimmer bezahlt und hab für den selben Preis dann das kleine bekommeb

Personnel d accueil courtois mais peu aidant. Le wifi au dernier étage ne fonctionnait pas . Le personnel n a pas le mot de passe. Il faut donc aller au niveau de l accueil pour avoir un wifi qui fonctionne. Il n y a pas d ascenseur… Les distributeurs de savons et shampooing étaient entièrement vides. La parois de douche étant trop petite, elle laisse passer toute l eau donc on se mouille les pieds lorsque l on va aux toilettes… La chambre et le coin salon sont spacieux propres et joliment décore/ meublé. La salle de bain est à revoir. Mauvaise pente au sol , parois de douche trop courte est évacuation de l eau insuffisante. Si vous vous avez des bagages volumineux du genre grosses valises à roulettes ça reste difficile…( pas d ascenseur)
