Monterey Dunes 204 - On the Beach!

Nice location beautiful views. However carpet is outdated and furniture needs updating especially leather couch in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time. Clean, comfortable, great layout. Fully stocked kitchen - bring your own food, spices, condiments if you plan use the kitchen and eat in. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms of the home. Lovingly cared for unit. Bedrooms well spaced from each other. Very quiet. We enjoyed trying Phil's restaurant as recommended. We also headed to Monterey and Pacific Grove - 30 minutes away, more sun there that day. Would love to stay again sometime.

The internet was not working. Very difficult to get it reset. The cabinet holding all the tv equipment was unstable, wobbly and no one picked up phone after 5 to help. Most of the bedding, some of the kitchen equipment, and a leather couch were too old and in need of replacement. The floor plan was nice and so were the bathrooms. This unit, at the price, really needs some updating to make guests feel welcome.

Relaxing and felt safe.

I feel like the pictures don't do this home justice. It is a spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and comfortable home. It is literally steps to the ocean and the views are amazing. The beds were great, the showers were great, and the place was spotless. The protected dunes are truly beautiful. We would stay here again in a flash!
