Monterey Dunes 144 - On the Beach!

Lots of dvds and games/puzzles for those looking to relax and stay in. Wonderful community extras like a generous hot tub and play courts. Easy trip over the dunes to a quiet lovely beach! We saw tons of seals in the water and lots of birds along the shore. Quick trip up to Santa Cruz or down to Monterey.

Location is amazing. Views from upstairs bedroom spectacular. Lots of space for dining, games, reading, and relaxing. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Fast WiFi. Easy check out process. This is a special spot!

Overall, we enjoyed this condo. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture and beds were comfortable. The only issue we had is that most of the time we could not connect to the wireless to get internet, once in a while it would work but for the most part it did not. Also. some extra blankets in the bedrooms would be nice as i was a little chilly. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

This was a great place for a family vacation. It would have helped our seniors to have handrails on the front porch steps & back deck steps. Also a grab bar next to the toilet would have helped.

If you are wondering what happened to all the 1970's furniture. It is located at this location. The view was beautiful, the furnishings were terrible and old, bathrooms outdated. Trouble with wifi, power went out on day 2, so no power and no showers. Surrounding restaurants close at 7pm , so eat early.
