Fine place for the night. The room had a full size fridge and hot plate..sink..microwave. The problem is only FULL size beds! The screen was torn off of the window but overall a ok place. Front desk gal very nice! No lobby or breakfast.

This hotel is horrible. It was exceptionally dirty. There was junk all over the bathroom floor and the kitchenette was filthy. We were simply passing through and one was only staying less than 12 hours but it was not a good experience. No one was available when I went back downstairs upon seeing the state of the room and we were exhausted after travel so stayed although I went back to the car to get our own pillow and blanket. There was still no one available in the morning when we were leaving at 6:00. The shutter was closed with a sign saying open at 9:00 and only call front desk if an emergency. The kicker was the sign outside the elevator requiring all guests to take out their own trash or they would have a $25 fee (for first offense) added to their bill. I have never heard of such a thing. This hotel should be removed from Expedia.

We came to town to stay for an event! All other hotels we looked at had worse stars than this one! We booked here thinking it would be better! Room wasn’t clean, was to be a non smoking room definitely had smoking in there before, there was left over bar soap in the bathroom, no batteries in the tv, people knocking on door at late hours of the night.

The guy at the front desk was super helpful and very nice. Put a smile on my face at the end of a long day. And was more than accommodating. There was a lot of noise late at night though. Someone was playing a stereo fairly loud Past 2:00 a.m.

Someone opened my door apologized and left as I was getting dressed for bed, I’m sure a staff mistake but fricken knock first. Multiple sirens woke me up in the night, which were not at the hotel but close enough to hear. Torn because it was very cheap but I would not recommend.

Could hear the interstate traffic all night. The bed frame had a wire mesh that covered the bed frame which held up the mattress and was broken, in the middle of the night, the mattress fell through and I almost fell off of the bed. The gal came up and programmed the remote and it worked for a while and then quit working. Would not stay there again.

This place is horrendous. The beds are trashy. They appear to have been bought at Walmart. The mattress is so thin you can feel the metal bars in the frame. The linens and covers are stained and really old. They advertise queen size needs but they are full size. The shower barely gets warm. There’s trash outside the windows. There’s no ice machine or buckets. There’s no drinking glasses and only one trash can. This place is overpriced. The hotel appears to have permanent residents. My son rented twenty minutes after me and got the room for half the price I paid. The night staff was no help. The only bright spot was the female, morning, staff member.

Someone entered my room at night - or tried to enter but luckily I had the swing-bar u-shape door latch on - which prevented the door to open all the way. Sheryl on the front desk wasn't able to help. I advised the manager in the morning. They said they will investigate.

Management is horrible. Under new management and it’s even worse. Greedy owners! I was supposed to receive a discount for being an employee of a local business but that was immediately taken away after one week receiving the discount. I stayed there for over 2 months. As soon as the “new management” came in, I left after 1 week.

We booked a room there because we could have our dogs. I truly was expecting more from a Wyndham hotel. It was very run down. There were countless things that should have been maintained and were not. The staff seemed very pleased that they had a maintenance man on hand now. Seem should have been months earlier. The room was clean and the staff was exceptional. Made me feel very sorry that they were in a position to have to apologize and work around the poor condition of the motel. Our television would not receive and keep a signal. We had staff up to our room 4 times trying to figure it out. Apparently that was happening to other guests as well base on comment by staff. The black out draperies were hanging off the rod on one end, and the general condition of the motel was very run done. We booked a room there because we could have our dogs. I truly was expecting more from a Wyndham hotel. It was very run down. There were countless things that should have been maintained and were not. The staff seemed very pleased that they had a maintenance man on hand now. Seem should have been months earlier. The room was clean and the staff was exceptional. Made me feel very sorry that they were in a position to have to apologize and work around the poor condition of the motel. Our television would not receive and keep a signal. We had staff up to our room 4 times trying to figure it out. Apparently that was happening to other guests as well base on comment by staff. The black out draperies were hanging off the rod on one end, and the general condition of the motel was very run done. And the air conditioning heating unit sounded like it had rice in it's fly wheel. Very noisy :(

The check-in process was, unfortunately, the worst part of our experience at this hotel. The receptionist was unwelcoming, unsmiling, and showed no customer-service skills. Rather than explaining things to us personally, she made a general announcement to us and at least two other guests waiting to check in. This made us feel very much like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. If I were the hotel manager, I would be genuinely concerned about this aspect of the guest experience. Check-in is the first impression a hotel gives its guests, and in this case, it was particularly disappointing. That said, all of the other staff members we encountered were helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, the hotel itself was comfortable, but the poor welcome at reception significantly affected our first impression.

The exterior of the hotel grounds were full of weeds. Parking lot is crumbling. Had to move to a different room because the TV didn’t work and heating/air made a loud sound. Floors in rooms and dining room were dirty. Elevators were dirty as well. Would not recommend.
