This a cabin in a state park. It was very clean and had newer upgrades. Bring the food you need because it's fairly distance from a grocery. We came later in the day because we needed one night and this was a great price and not a chain hotel which we like. There is a little store not too far from the park. We ordered deli sandwiches from here and picked up some icecream. The sandwiches were delicious and the store had pretty much whatever you might need. The checkin process was great with good communication about which cabin to go to, what the door code was etc... We plan to come back for a longer stay so we can have another evening around the firepit and see all of the stars. Great place to stay.

I had a reservation for 4 nights, also received a confermation and itinerary number from hotes.com, but upon arrival I found that hotels.cim never made the reservation with the place I was staying. The place i was supposed to stay at were as accommodating as they could be, tried to find me a place to stay all four night, but couldn't, however they did have an opening fo the one night I arrived and I stayed there and they didn't even charge me at all and offered me if I ever came back they would provide me a two bedroom for the price of the one bedroom I stayed in. With no place to stay and 1,000 miles from home I left for home the next day. I will never use hotels.com again, they ruined my vacation. Also they sent me several request to rate them before I even arrived.

We did loose internet connection so gps did not always help but the local stores did. Also the managers answered their phones and were so helpful in many ways! I’m very glad we went.
