Clean rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our TV and they immediately came to our room and fixed the problem. The breakfast was ok. It was a little loud in our room. They were doing construction across the street that started before 7:00 am on a Saturday. The vent in our bathroom was noisy all day/night on Sat into Sun. We just kept the door closed and that helped.

First of all the bathroom was shabby. Was in a handicap room - unnecessarily. The vanity was all sink so no place to put make-up or anything else you would want to lay down on a vanity. The mirror frame was chipped. The lighting over the vanity was terrible. The back of the sink area looked like the back splash was repaired and the grout wasn't cleaned up. The shower curtain was shredding on the bottom. Secondly, there was a seating area had no lighting. There was room in the corner between a couch and chair that could have accommodated a table and lamp or a floor lamp but nothing was there. Thirdly, there was no light filtering curtain on the windows only blackout curtains. When we opened the blackout curtains the screens were shredded. The over all appearance was shabby. And don't get me stared on the poor excuse of a breakfast that was offered. Will not be going back.

The property itself wasn’t well maintained. Our room had an off odor when we checked in, stains on the carpeted floor, bathroom had broken items in the shower, and the bed and sofa bed were not comfortable whatsoever. It did its job by just providing a quick place overnight but definitely wouldn’t book or stay again.

Room was clean. Floors were carpet ☹️ kiddy pool was non-working. Breakfast was only so-so. No microwave in food area. Property wasn’t nice. Cigarette butts everywhere outside the main door. We had to complain about the smell of cigarettes and pot on our floor (supposedly non-smoking 🧐 Wouldn’t stay again.
